Not happy

I’ve had several editions of the Handbook. I decided to purchase the booklet/digital copy this time thinking it would be nice to have the digital edition while I’m on the road or in the field. The digital edition requires you to go to some online library and issue a code and download software. I have a brand new top of the line Dell laptop and was unable to get my copy. What happened to the days where they would just email you the link with your code and you’d get the file. Now you have to join some book club so they can target you with more sales.
