Read the first as well. Book was in great condition.

A great read for kids and adults. Wish there were more books in the series. Lots of education "hidden" in a fast-paced and entertaining tale. All of my children, 15, 13, 11, and 9 enjoyed it and I enjoyed reading it to them!

My kids and I read the first one out loud, detectives in togas, so we got this book. They are both such fun reads. My 10 year old never wants me to stop reading. My 11 year old equally enjoys it

My son is a big fan of the Romans. My husband had read "Caius ist ein Dumbkopf", the first in this series when he was a child. So I thought I would check it out in English because I wanted to take part in my son's love of all things Romans. My son was captured by both books and I found myself getting into reading them and wanting to see how it ended. It is a very well written child's classic and it will keep parent and child both captivated to find out who did it.
