This a great and rare TRRS male to 2 TRRS female that you can use in specific need (pay attention that you can't use the microphones in both female connectors. You'll need to use only 1 Mic at a time. But you can use headsets in both) I'm happy I found it.

This is great for splitting audio out of a source. I bought this to split audio out from a ps4 controller to a headset with a mic and to an hdmi capture card. This did not work as expected, as when 2 lines are conected, the microphone is no longer passed to the ps4. However the headset will pass audio back to the ps4 when it is the only thing plugged into the splitter. All that considered, I like this splitter and for people who just want to split audio, it's amazing!

...once you understand how it works. It is just a "dumb" spliter/splice. For the microphone to work on a TRRS headset it needs to either be the only device on it or both devices must be TRRS headsets. Or... I was replacing a TRS (audio only) splitter I use for a headset and a set of desktop speakers so I wouldn't have to unplug the splitter and plug the headset directly in when I wanted to use the mic. I ended up adding a TRRS to TRS audio/mic splitter I had with only the audio side plugged into the speakers. Looks a little kludgey but it works and I don't have to swap plugs around anymore.

I was very satisfied with this product with no complaints. As advertised, both TRS (3 pole)and TRRS (4 pole) headphones work well with it. The breaded cord is strong, very flexible, and does not kink. It's worth the price and was delivered the next day.

What can you say about a Y connector. Well this was one of only a couple of options to connect 2 head phones. Pricy because few competing products. Works fine, good quality, a little pricy.
