It doesn’t work if your hair is not naturally very soft and straight/wavy or you have to burn your hair

Didn’t Work – Had to Return It
I love Remington tools but unfortunately, this one just didn’t work for me. It doesn’t get hot enough, even on the highest setting, which made it take forever to style my thick short hair. I couldn’t get that blowout look I was hoping for, and the brush didn’t grip my hair properly. It was such a disappointment that I ended up returning it. Definitely not the product I expected.
