Color and product are very good, the consistency is quite thin ..... perfect for very small cracks, for entire holes you must apply 3 or 4 times and build up the material repeatedly ... which is not a problem, it works very well. Can be cleaned up with a moist water rag for any material around the patched area, or scrabed off afterwards.

Detailed instructions. There is very little time to work with the mixture so you need to prepare everything for immediate application. The instruction to mix colours in a plastic bag is not practical as the mixture spreads out in the bag and becomes hard to work with. I mixed on a small plate instead. I bought the black and white kit to make grey but discovered that my grey tiles had other tints in them -? brown. The colour i got was not an exact match but usable. It would have been hard to get an exact match without spending on a lot of colours and making up test batches first. Expensive and you get a pretty small amount but worth it if you can manage to get a good enough colour match.

I think this is one of those products that is portrayed as being easy to use and easy to get good results with, but isn't. Mixing two tubes of colour to get the colour you need it tricky, at best. I'm sure if you work for the company that makes it and have a lot of practice using the stuff you'll get good results. But for me, mediocre results were the best I could achieve. There's a reason why there are companies out there offering tile repair services, and it's not because it's an easy DIY job.

This has the consistency of an enamel paint, difficult to apply from the tube and frankly it’s just a slightly rubbery paint. Is this actually a ‘proper’ product or just a way to sell paint at a huge price? I used it on n a floor tile and it just looks like I’ve painted in the chip, it’s very shiny like paint even though I followed the ‘instructions’ to matt it using my thumb when it was still tacky (exactly like you’d do if you were bodging the job with paint). The worst amd most over-priced product I’ve bought via Amazon - total rubbish! - I have no doubt the reviewers who say it’s great could have achieved the same job with a dab of enamel or oil paint for a fraction of the price, and using a small brush which would make the job easier than a tube.

This product is amazing! I was ready for disappointment since it was my "another" choice to fix my kitchen tiles, but it turned out to be the PERFECT ONE! No mess, easy to apply, and completely effective. It fixed my tiles perfectly, and I’m so happy I found it. Absolutely yes!

Used this in 3 cracks in my porcelain tile. I pitched the grey/white combo as my tile is a mottled light grey. Easy to mix to get a great match. The patch has a bit of sheen to it so when the sun shines just right it is noticeable on my mat finish tile but not one but me would ever notice. The cracks are just about completely invisible. You have to really look to find them. Highly recommend this product.

This product worked perfect on the cracks in my tile. In the hairline cracks, you can’t even tell they were ever there. Larger cracks took a bit more work, reapplying after the first application dried. I have 24 x 24 inch discontinued tiles throughout the house, so replacing was not an option. I’m so happy I found this product, will order more to have on hand.

This looks like a tube of liquid concealer and was about the same consistency. It was simple to apply to a crack that had run through 4 tiles. The larger end is still slightly noticeable after repair, probably because of my color choice, but the hairline ones have virtually disappeared. I literally have to get down on the floor and run my fingernails over the tile to find where it was cracked. Even the larger crack isn't immediately obvious. I'm pretty pleased with the results for the price!
