Comfortable
Love these! I have haglunds deformity and these have been great! They were recommended on a website for haglunds and achilles heel. The are comfortable and give great support. There are 3 layers and you can pull them apart to adjust for whatever kind of shoe you are wearing. I have one layer for my flats and 2 layers for my open back sneakers. You can't see them in your shoes while wearing them. And they don't make your shoes tighter like some cushions do. I will be buying another set. You need 2 of them. One for each foot even if you only have 1 heel that has an issue. I have no pain now!

👟 Comfortable & Supportive Shoe Insoles
These insoles provide excellent support for the feet. They are comfortable, fit well inside shoes, and make walking much more relaxing. Highly recommended for daily use since they combine comfort with great quality.

Good, comfy product
I like the leather on the top surface of these because it helps keep my heel in place. The main downside to them is that the layers are too separated (as in they are mostly connected starting about 2/3 of the way down the lift - towards the arch of the shoe) so the layers slide around a bit on each other. I added double-sided tape in-between the layers and this helped some with that. If the layers were not so smooth, that would also help with this issue. What I do like about these the most is that they really taper down to a really thin point at the arch, which makes them feel better than the silicone lifts I have tried. They are also softer on the heel than hard, rubber lifts. That does mean you will eventually need to replace them as they compress, though.

Very sturdy heel lifts
These are excellent heel lifts and work well -- you just have to be careful when ordering and get the right "size" for your shoes. I have made many mistakes and had to return them because I did not catch that. I am a size 7.5 and need the small size.

It's good but for a very short period.
It's great when it works, but unfortunately for very short period of time. After about 2 weeks (if that long) the glue starts slipping and I have to adjust it pretty much every time I go out. This last time was my 3rd order and no improvement as of yet. I'll have to try another brand and see how it will compare.

Just what I was looking for!
Found out I had leg length discrepancy and was suggested by my Ortho to either have my shoe modified OR get an insert. After shopping around a bit, I stumbled upon this particular item with great reviews, so what the heck, let's give it a try. Compared them to another brand I bought and didn't even compare! I love how they're adjustable, but the fact that it doesn't shift inside my shoe and I don't even notice I'm wearing it is a HUUUGE plus. My review is a little late as it's been about 4 years (2020-2021 since I bought it, and the initial insert finally bit the dust. 4 years or use is outstanding. I'm about to order another pair. If you're on the fence about which one to buy, look no further. 100% would recommend.

Some Advice
They have helped! And I appreciate the product and reasonable price: My PT told me to start using them for 2 hours only, rest for two hours and put them up again. Next day increase to three hours, until you can wear them for longer hours. In my case the lower part of my leg tendon and back of my heel/foot is the problem. Doing some exercises at home and with my physical therapist. She would have preferred that I have rested a lot more but it’s impossible for me because of work. The exercises that I am doing are in YouTube just be careful not to hurt while stretching, those exercise must not hurt and just increase those repetition per day as you gain strength. Advil doesn’t help with tendon discomfort or healing according to my PT. Recommendation from PT: get two tennis balls in one sock and massage the calf, not the tendon - in my case the foot tendon hurts. PE blue foam roller 6X6x36 is what my PT has at her location. I am probably going to buy one because I like a lot. If you don’t have glue or duck tape don’t buy the inserts, let’s be appreciative to what this seller is doing for us. Before I got the inserts I made them myself with cardboard box material and it worked nicely but the new set is even better because of the cushioning feeling. My tendon pain will get better, I hope yours get better too!
