Q: Can i hook up 4 fans and the cpu cooler to this motherboard with out any problems?

I believe there are only four ports for fans on the motherboard but I plugged in all four of mine (3 fans, 1 CPU cooler) and I haven't had any issues with it and I've had it for about two months now

Q: Does this motherboard come with a case plate?

If you mean the I/O shield for the case, yes mine did.
