**Q: i added pectolase still cloudy.**
A: I never added any pectolase.  I just followed the directions and it came out great.  It got better letting it age a few additional weeks.

**Q: Is this kit gluten free?**
A: Yes

**Q: where is yeast located in package?**
A: In the dry section of the package

**Q: Does it still taste good is you put your flavor packet in before fermentation?**
A: It should be fine...the fermentation May eat some of the flavoring but it should still be good. Enjoy!
