My anxiety comes in waves and panic attacks happen at night. I wanted to try something to see if I could manage it at home. The daytime pills really help me relax and focus my mind on other things. I don't find myself focusing on the anxiety anymore. The night pills are amazing. I feel them kick in with the sense of relaxation and tiredness. Last night for example; my heart started to race right before the pill kicked in. I felt an attack coming. I started to breathe and talk myself through it and then the pill took over. I was calm and asleep shortly after. I sleep all night on these too. No middle of the night insomnia. They are really helping me through these attacks. I will continue to take them as long as they do.

These pills actually work!! I wasn’t able to sleep for various nights due to extreme anxiety. It was so bad I was starting to feel nauseated as well. I was willing to try anything to get rid of this feeling. To my surprise, the night time pill worked! I was so happy and relived I was able to get a few hours of sleep. Now the day time pill I haven’t tried yet. Glad i Finally found something that works!

It did what it iwas supposed to do. However, in doing the research, some of the ingredients give me pause about using this product too often. So, while it would do in a pinch, I'll rely on generally safer options in the future.

I love how fast and how well i sleep after i take the night pills. Make sure you have at least 8 hours of sleep after taking the nught pill itherwise you ll wake up tired . After 8 hours i wake up fresh and ready to rock the day

I have anxiety attacks about every day and have had since the age of 17. I don’t want to take prescription meds so I’ve been searching for something natural. The daytime capsules didn’t really work at the dosage they recommend. It really has no flavor. The capsule is about the size that most herbal products are. Let me tell you this, it smells like crap! The first tone I got one out bad started to take it I almost didn’t get passed the stench. It kinda smells like my son’s socks after he’s been hunting for a week without a shower. But, if you hold your nose and swallow as soon as you put it in your mouth no problem! THE NIGHTTIME WORKED WONDERS! I actually slept for the whole week I took it. I’m going to try to reorder just the nighttime with this next order.
