Post workout, I use two scoops of chocolate, 1/2 frozen banana, 2 TBS of PB powder, 1 TBS chia seeds, ice and water and it’s really good! I do find the vanilla flavor a little overpowering in general, so if you’re going to have vanilla, expect to taste only that even when mixed with other things like yogurt or berries in smoothies. If you are transitioning off of pre made shakes like “Atkins” or whatever, give yourself some time to adjust. These will be watery compared to those because you don’t have all the artificial junk making it “creamy” and it may not be as smooth textured as you’re used to but eventually you won’t even notice anymore. I love the flavor. It mixes well. I have allergies to egg, dairy, soy and I have celiacs. This fits the bill and allows me to get some added protein in my diet. I would give the product 5 stars except I have purchased 3 tubs of chocolate peanut butter powder and all 3 I have had to use a power tool to cut open because the lids are unable to open. I’ve bought other flavors and this was not an issue.
