Thanks for your question! Since we don't perform any third party testing, we're unable to guarantee the compatibility between our case and another company's product. However, we've thoroughly tested and confirmed the Symmetry Series+ case will work seamlessly with any MagSafe product from OtterBox.

Q: Do I need a special charger for a MagSafe case?

Great question! You do not need a specific charger, the MagSafe feature allows the case the ability to work with all the fun accessories. We don't currently test our products with third party accessories to confirm it will be compatible with all power products out there, but we can guarantee it will be compatible with ours.

Q: Does this work with the Mag safe pop socket?

Thanks for your question! We specifically designed this Symmetry Series+ case with Apple's MagSafe technology in mind and we've thoroughly tested and confirmed this case will work seamlessly with any of our MagSafe chargers or accessories, the PopGrip for MagSafe included.

Q: Does this case turn yellow?

Mine has a very slight tinge of yellow on the very sides but I am outside a lot in the sun and I am also a smoker. Overall I am very impressed with the case. I have had it for about 6 months.
