The Oven is in excellent condition, and both the Heating System and the grill are remarkable. I would recommend this Product for a Family kitchen.

Grill function will just warm food and that's it.
I bought this after seeing the Microwave+ Grill function. Microwave works okay but Grill function is not good. After 20mins of 'grilling' chicken, it was still raw. Also the light inside is really low intensity and none can see what is happening inside. You have to stop and open it to check. Either just buy a Microwave only Owen or get combined from another brand. This is not worth its price Pros: 1. Looks good 2. Microwave is okay Cons: 1. Grill function doesn't do anything. 2. Inside light is just for ornamental purpose, not enough illumination for visibility. 3. Complicated UI. Won't advise to get this for parents who are not tech inclined.

Product should be deliver in a perfect condition
Samsung electric products are good I just received the product today . it was delivered by the company delivery , it's raining here in Himachal and he left the product on the main road in the mud.

Good
Works great as a microwave. But you cannot see inside at all when its closed . The grill is not of very high heat and takes some time to broil
