This is truly a 5 star product as far as I am concerned. I redecorated my office using mahogany and black furniture so these chars fit right in perfectly. I actually bought 3 chairs; 2 like this one for clients to sit with me at my desk, and the big matching executive chair for myself. I bought all three about 7 or 8 months ago and have never regretted my decision. The clients love them and are free with their compliments from the first time they sit down to the time they get up; they always express their pleasure at the total comfort of the seat, as well as at the angle and feel of the back and the feel of the arm rails. Like most other brands of chairs that require "assembly," this operation may not go without a problem or two. The bolt holes may not line up perfectly, so you might have to "encourage" the line-up; by that I simply mean brute force, but not excessively so! My line-up error was only very slight, making the correction simple and easy for two people. I did have a problem with a crack in one of the legs, but no sweat! I contacted the company and they expressed me out a complete replacement kit all at their expense. This is a great chair; after all of these months of heavy use it is still sturdy as it first was; it is professional looking and gives an impression of shear elegance! The only problem I have had with these chairs is presented by the resistance of my clients to the hint that I give when I rise from my chair and thank them for coming! They seem to always find something else to talk about as they continue to sit, ...in comfort! Yep; there's no doubt about it, ....this is truly a 5 star chair!

Look so luxury and comfortable

I purchased two of these for my office. I needed new client chairs. They look professional and I have had several compliments from clients not only on the look of the chairs but the comfort. They have a lot of back support. I have a lot of seniors as clients and they have mentioned that they are easy to get in and out of. The chair itself is very sturdy. Rarely does anyone sit in them for more than an hour or two so I don't know about using these as an all day chair but for client chairs you couldn't ask for better at the price. They also were very easy to put together. I had both of them completed in less than 20 minutes. There are only 6 pieces. You just need a screw driver and the allen wrench that they supply. I was concerned about buying these because of some of the other reviews on Amazon had mentioned the seat would bulge but I think this might be just those people. I found over 20 positive reviews on other sites and none of those reviews mentioned anything about them being uncomfortable. I'm glad I went with my instincts and purchased these. I'd recommend them for any office setting.

I purchased two of these chairs for my home office and I had a difficult time assembling the chairs. The toughest part to assemble are the arms. Why? It's difficult to align the holes. You have to align the hole on the arm with the hole on the side of the chair back. The fabric around the hole on the side of chair back was not secure. It was loose so that added to the difficulty. I had to feel for the hole between the arm and the side of the chair back. It's not much space. It took me more time than I care to admit to assembly the first chair. SOLUTION TO ASSEMBLE ARMS MORE EASILY Now, I was a wiser assembling the second chair. You can align the holes on the chair arm and side of the chair back by standing directly below a BRIGHT light. Eureka! Align the holes. Use the Allen Wrench to drop in the hole. If you hear a metal tap, you're good! It took me about 5 minutes to assemble the arms to the chair back. Then, I ran into a problem with the last part of the assembly which was to add the two screws on the bottom of the chair. One of the screws aligned perfectly while the other would only go half way in. Frustrating! QUALITY OF CHAIRS Overall, I like the chairs, but I am concerned about the longevity of the products. They look great but remember it's not fine leather. I don't have a lot of visitors in my office but if I do, they'll have somewhere to sit comfortably. There were a few scratches on the bottom leg of one chair. I used my furniture marker to fix this because I didn't want to package the chair and return it and wait for another one. Life's too busy, but the manufacturing company shouldn't send out products with scratches. One of the dowels was missing on the second chair but it comes with a long screw so hopefully this will keep the chair secure. Trust the reviews that rate this product a "3". RECOMMENDATIONS TO MANUFACTURER Make the printed instructions larger. Check the parts to make sure everything is in the package. And, make sure the furniture is free of scratches and has all of the dowels. Thank you!

After weeks of searching for an appropriate chair to use after my replacement hip surgery, I decided on this one because it is also a very stately piece of furniture. It is just perfect for me and was the answer for somewhere to sit after the hip replacement ... someone taller may need to add a hip cushion to maintain the hip protocol, but for me it is perfect (I am 5'4") The lumbar support is wonderful. I love the materials and overall look and comfort of this chair and sturdiness of this chair. In fact, I loved it so much I ordered a second one for the family room. It took a bit to put it together, but my husband is very handy and did it without much trouble, although he did have a second person to assist him, since I couldn't. So, I might suggest that for anyone ordering this beautiful, comfortable, and very useful chair.

Achtung! Nicht erschrecken, wenn nach dem Kauf als Lieferant zunächst irgend so ein "APC logistics" oder so, ohne Zeit und Ortsangabe erscheint! Ein paar Tage später erhält man prompt die lückenlose Sendungsverfolgung, nachdem das Paket in den Flieger geladen wurde. Die Auslieferung in Deutschland übernimmt dann Hermes, alles kein Problem. Dieser wunderschöne Stuhl ist sein Geld und die Geduld absolut wert! Ein stabiles Möbelstück, extrem bequem, geradezu ein Relax-Sessel. Die aufwendige Sitz- und Rückenpolsterung finde ich sehr ergonomisch zum Arbeiten und auch Entspannen. Für den Schreibtisch eine kleine Idee zu niedrig, aber ein einfaches Sitzkissen löst das schon. Und selbst wenn man sich nie draufsetzt, verschönert der Stuhl den Raum. Er ist Funktionsmöbel und Zierrat zugleich, ein perfektes Schmuckstück für meine Bibliothek. Habe auf ganz Amazon keinen schöneren Stuhl gefunden.

Very beautiful chair! Need to people to put it together but instructions are pretty straight forward. Thinking about buying another one!

These (ordered a pair) completed my home office furnishing. no heavy traffic thus expect it to last long and well. Speed of light delivery, easy assembly. All parts were in good shape. The height is good as well, matched with my desk. Reasonably comfortable, sliglhty puffy in the middle. My family liked it well. I just wish our amazon.ca prices are similar to amazon.com.

The Chair is not that comfortable as I expected it to be. It could have been more deep and broad

Loved the look of it but the reviews are correct...not really comfortable. The seat foam needs to come out a bit further (I think) as you feel like you're slipping off of it. Once your bottom sinks down a bit it's better but I understand what the other reviewers are saying. My husband had no difficulties putting it together and it didn't take too long. I'm keeping it because it's so cute and the price was right!
