It will fit, but will be loose. I use mine to hold 24oz cans of beer at hockey games.

Can these be used for any 30 oz travel tumbler?

Yes. I have a 30oz cup from Member's Mark (Sam's Club) and it fits just fine.

How long is the lanyard sling that is attached to the carrier?

I measured from tip to tip for you. It is 44” at full length. It can be shortened to 26”. When I wear it cross body I still have a couple of inches left to make it longer if I wanted. These were great on our last cruise!
