The pop up was delivered on time. That was great because I needed it for a large event. It was easy to assemble. Only disappointment was that the picture makes the pop up appear very pink, which is what I needed. But the actual pop up is more of a pink-lavender. That was a bit of a disappointment.

I used this product 3 times, at an outdoor flea market. When I removed it from the bag the third time, one of the bars at the top of the frame work just snapped. I hardly touched it. I had to tape it so I could use it for the flea market. When we started folding it in to put it back into the back ANOTHER bar just popped in my hand. The bars are popping around the screws in the framework. This tent cost WAY to much to be falling apart after using it 2 times. In extremely disappointed and will never buy another one.

Out of the box there are small holes, tears, and spots that look like the material has been worn. This definitely will not last the full season let alone be a long lasting item. Cover will need to be replaced at some point and hopefully they will send a replacement cover but I’m not seeing where I can contact the seller.There was a light rain after I first set it up and I noticed water dripping every so often inside. Not a ton but definitely not fully water proof for any items underneath. The material is like a very light tent fabric. I also don’t imagine the thin plastic windows will last very long without tearing the plastic or at the seams. I would recommend spending extra for a commercial grade canopy with thicker wall material over this.

There are burn marks in 2 spots with rips. This does not take away from use but looks horrible. Sides do not have velcro in the right spot so it bends in the middle.

Update, customer service seams to be one of the better, they totally reached out to address what happened. They sent a replacement eventhough the Amazon warranty was past valid. I will update further once i use it which might be this month or next. They think i just got a faulty one, which is possible we will see.Will not get this again it bent way too easy

Easy setup, gets alot of attention and works really well!!

Not an item to be used and used again and again. Very lightweight and flimsy. Does assemble OK but the metal frame will bend very easily. Bent just setting it up. Also poked a hole in the top material. While this could be due to the user, it still should have held better and not ripped. My opinion.
