Product was easy to use and I had done a differnt test from Verisana that worked well. However, this recent test has yet to give results. After inquiery I was told the results were repeatedly delayed by about a month and then when the were "ready" nothing was available to view. Despite requesting new links and resetting passwords, still no results. Still waiting on responses to text and phone messages regarding results.
