Awesome backflow burner! Very hypnotic!
Awesome backflow incence burner! Just a few key tricks. When you get it it comes with tweezers, and this TINY plastic tube that I think is supposed to be connected between the incence burner backflow opening, and the hole drilled into your incence. Don't lose the tiny plastic piece! Heat the brass by burning incence or use a heat gun or something before trying to get the tube into the hole. Its made to be really jammed in tight, and mine at least didn't fit until I heated up the burner. I'm not going to take off a star for this, but I wish they had shipped that little tube piece glued in place. Not a hard thing to replace or DIY on your own, just saying, it feels like something easy to lose that should be secured with glue or tapped into place before shipment. Second thing. If the incence hole isn't right in the middle, it's hard to line it up with the tube. You don't really need the tube to get it to do it's thing, but the tube improves how much smoke gets down to the leaf for the hypnotic backflow effect. The tweezers are also helpful for clearing debris if you get pieces of incence in the tube trying to connect it in place, which will black smoke flow. Beyond that, it's an awesome, unobtrusive backflow burner. Very relaxing to watch when it's too cold to go out and you just want to detox from staring at your phone. 100% recommend. It even comes with a super cute gold and white lace doiley thing to set the burner on. I keep a jar with water next to it to toss the ash stubs into.

cute cone backflow holder
My mother and I watched this and it hypnotized us. it was so cool and it flowed so nicely. it matches our decor with its bronze coloring. the cone holder itself at the top is a little tight but it works with some wiggling.

It’s tiny, but it looks better in person.
It’s small, but it is much prettier in person. It is tiny but in person it’s very shiny. The bottom isn’t exactly flat. But for the price it works.

Perfect
This is my first backflow incense burner. I actually love how small and unobtrusive this burner is, when it's not in-use it looks like a small trinket and blends in perfectly with my other decor. It functions perfectly. As others have mentioned the smoke will move around if there's a small gust, but I have it in area with low air movement so it's not an issue for me. Because the burner is smaller and less enclosed, the smoke that overflows outside the burner will leave a residue on that surface. It's not difficult to clean-up, and I've placed the burner on a small silicone pad to help catch some residue as well. But I'm fine with this, because I'd rather have an aesthetically pleasing burner than one that is much larger and obtrusive looking. Every 2 to 3 burns I would recommend running the burner under water and wiping out the reside that builds up on the burner itself too.

Too small for the incense
It’s pretty but the cones don’t fit, the holder is too small so it doesn’t back flow and the cone isn’t held securely

Not worth the money
It’s cute but that’s about it. The cone holder is so small that most of my incense cones don’t fit in right. And you may need to bend it to have it remain standing upright. And it’s small. I returned it.

Its so small, cute and very sturdy. It fits perfectly within my small space. If you want a incense burner that doesn't take up much room on a shelf, etc. then this is a great choice. Just remember to leave some empty space around it while in use. :)

Beautiful product, exactly as pictured. A couple of things: . It is actually a little difficult to get the smoke to waterfall properly into the pond. You have to move the neck a little and angle it correctly, but just expect that it won’t flow through the whole time, it’s still gorgeous to look at . Not sure if it applies to all back-flow incense cones, but the ones I used left a dark oily substance behind on the leaf and pond portion. It wipes off with a tissue, just a heads-up to not stain your hands or clothes . I like the brass, it feels a little more high-end than other kinds of ceramic back-flow incense burners
