Cuts right through
For electrical work, fishing ,gardening, climbing and any type of package this is by far the sharpest and therefore the safest knife I’ve ever had. Plastic blister packaging, layers of plastic tape, 1/2” rope one pass , mule tape , small branches , all types of hose ,peeling bark for grafting, all cut like a laser from the future. Every time I’ve lent it to anyone they always comment on its quality and I always make sure to get it back. Super ,super light and the clip works great. Clips on pants easily and comes off only when I need it and won’t tear up your clothes or fingernails trying to pry the clip open like other knife clips. Quality fasteners allow you to adjust the swing action of the blade and have it stay there. Cleans up super easy under running water and I used it camping to dice an onion and slice tomatoes. Worked like a kitchen knife. Good one hand operation if needed and when open it passes the no budge no wiggle safety test. If you want a super light , super sharp every day carry for yourself or trying to give a quality gift Spyderco Delica 4 is a great choice.

Nice blade
Great Knife

Perfect EDC knife.
Very sharp, very thin blade. Not for hard use applications like prying or digging or chopping, but will cut like a buzz saw for a long time! The handle is the typical modern delica 4 style. Sturdy and well made. Excellent constructive. Very easy to manipulate one handed. Light weight, but has a nice heft to it. The knife is wider than a typical delica 4 and likely sits differently in the pocket. This knife will do everything you'd expect from a knife. The thin blade makes it a wicked slicer! It will easily cut even tough materials like heavy plastic irrigation piping. The thin tip penetrates materials easily. Just be cautious not to twist it around when cutting. Pretty much a perfect EDC, kitchen, or hiking knife. Worth every penny!

Wabi Sabi... imperfectly perfect
I've been collecting/carrying Spyderco knives for a while now. I have around a dozen in a collection of 60ish other knives.(Obviously I have a problem...) Everything from very popular designs to a few obscure out-of-prints. I never had an interest in a Delica because there were better, more over-built knives that I had more faith in. I realise now that opinion was based in ignorance. A couple opinions I have formed since purchasing: The Delica is smallish in my opinion but very well built. I own a mini griptilian and what everybody says is true... the FRN scales feel cheap. The FRN on the Delica does not. They feel solid and there's only flex if you're really trying to flex it. The wharncliffe blade is not aesthetically pleasing to most but it does everything I've asked it to do. (I purchased this knife as a companion for my Manix 2 as some sheeple found it offensive) In keeping this short and direct, it's beautiful/ugly, it's very well built and it's keeping up with my Manix 2. It's a perfect first taste of Spyderco as well as a perfect twelfth taste.

Spyderco is the best
Spyderco knives are the best. What other knife maker allows you to return your knife along with five bucks and get it back like new. This is my fifth knife purchased from this company and it wont be the last. Two have been gifts and they make great gifts. I still have my first Spyderco Delica and I carry it everyday. The pocket clip is adjustable to carry on either side of your body and it comes out with your thumb in the Hole and ready to open. This knife opens and closes so fast yet it wont open accidentally in your pocket like a switch blade can. The Delica is the perfect weight and length of a knife for me. Sharp as F so be careful, these knives are surgical sharp out of the box new or refurbished from the company.

Great blade, very lightweight
I already had a Byrd Raven 2, but this is my first time purchasing an actual Spyderco blade. I love the wharncliffe blade, and wish they had it as an option on all their knives as it really is an excellent blade shape. The frn scales are very grippy. I am very happy with this knife, but I have heard that the vg-10 could require frequent sharpening, which I don't necessarily mind because I usually check and sharpen the knives in my collection that I feel need sharpening. I wear an XL mechanix glove and this handle fits in my hand very well.

Great low profile EDC
I absolutely love this knife, I've been carrying it since 2017. It came decently sharp out of the box, All I did was strop it across my belt a few times to finish it up. It's blade profile/shape makes it incredibly easy to sharpen. The steel is great for this type of knife, It holds up very well. I highly recommend picking up a TORX bit set for your screws! The pivot screw is a T8 bit and the main body screws are T6. I've never had an issue with the screws coming loose and I use this knife every single day.

Seit Lieferung direkt in Gebrauch.
