Mixes smooth every time
I don't know what they do to this stuff, but if you've ever tried to run whole oats through a food processor and add the powder to a smoothie, it turns into a thick slurry that just doesn't mix well. Somehow Muscle Feast has solved this problem, because this oat powder blends perfectly. After experimenting on my own, I'm just going back to the experts.

Fantastic product
If you want to get more naturally occurring, healthful carbohydrates into your diet conveniently, it just doesn't get any better than this. 90 servings, each equivalent to about a half cup serving of oatmeal, that blends decently into your smoothie for under $35, with a relatively mild flavor. No additives, just plain whole grain oat goodness with a mere flick of your blender switch. It amazes me that this product has no real competitors for the price point. I wish other grains existed in this simple formulation.Yes, you can find oat milk powder made at a finer grind that dissolves somewhat better, but those products are designed for a much lower concentration primarily to maintain liquid consistency. You will probably find your blend rolling a little more slowly down the sides of the container, and you might need a spoon to grab the last bits. Those "oat milk powder" options simply don't scale cost-wise if you're after the kind of rich carbohydrate source Muscle Feast provides. This product is the carb equivalent of unflavored protein powder: what you want, and nothing else. Add whatever flavor and liquid amount you desire for consistency and taste to your liking. This product delivers as advertised.

Keeps me full longer but poor packaging
Just ordered this to incorporate into my post workouts to keep me from binge eating. Used it 2x so far and it keeps me feeling full longer when mixed with my protein powder. It's def heavy on fiber cuz there's always a bit of residue towards the end but the taste isn't bad - hint of oatmeal since it's essentially ground oats. It says 4oz of water but i end up mixing it with 3x that to consume comfortably. My only gripe is the "resealable" packaging isn't very good. I ended up ordering a resealable vacuum container that ill be dumping this into. Looks like it will last a long time at 8lbs.

Best there is
I have tried so many different protein powders over the years and ended up giving up on using them in my workout and diet plan because they always tasted bad or left me feeling bloated. I am very sensitive to dairy and dairy based proteins. Casein both make me very sick, and to top it off most protein powders that include both of these generally carry sugar replacements...which I am also allergic to. This is just oats and nothing else and blends perfectly in water. In fact, it blends best in water compared to anything else which is kind of crazy. Before and after every workout and before bed I have been taking this with 12oz of water, 2 ice cubes, and about a 1/4 of a banana, a tsp of maple syrup, and two table spoons of powdered peanut butter. This comes out to about 30G of protein and tastes great. With the piece of banana added it honestly tastes closer to a milkshake. It tastes like a milk but there is none in there. It mixes well in just the lowest amount of water to not feel heavy before a workout as well. This has allowed me to add just shy of 100G of protein to my day and its no longer painful! No crash at all, its very energizing. Because its so good I've never felt like I wanted to stop having my daily shakes and this has equaled serious development in my fitness capabilities and weight loss. I don't normally write product reviews but I've been so happy with this I just had to come on here and write about it. Its not very often a product has a significant impact on my life. Now on month 4 of drinking it.

Hardgainer reporting in
I have to consume around 4000 cals daily to gain a average of 5 pounds a month. I’ve been through countless mass gainers which simply use millions of simple carbs (sugar) as their major source of calories. However consuming 400 grams of sugar a day is a great way to die. I originally switched to some vegan mass gainers as they were more consciousness of using higher quality carbs in their products (I literally don’t care about eating animals). However, they were too expensive too sustain a daily regimen to meet my caloric needs. This is where this stuff comes in. For the amount of fiber, protein, and cals you get from 3 small scoops it’s super cheap. Not to mention is a source of complex carbs with a low glycemic index which won’t spike up your insulin levels and make you break out in acne if you have acne prone skin. I’ve been mixing 3 scoops with water in a blender bottle and it mixes well and has no taste and goes down easy. I also mix it in my morning shakes with peanut butter, protein powder, olive oil, chia seeds, flax seeds, and a banana for a low fat high protein 1000 cal breakfast shake. If you need to put on some mass and want to leave out the fat and cholesterol go with this. Just keep in mind it has no taste so you can add it to anything for additional flavor. Also I’m two weeks into taking this twice a day and I have no issues with gas, bloating, or constipation.. wohoo.

Grrr! Your Packaging Sucks!
Dear Muscle Team, today I received one of your whole oat powder packages. This isn’t the first one. I’ve ordered these and many of your other products multiple times, and as you and many of your other customers know you’ve been trying out new packaging and resealing technology. Some of which works and others that are, let’s say, not as robust as one would expect. Don't get me wrong, I love that you’re trying to be environmentally conscious and finding innovative ways of packaging your products but please consider how this may affect us customers. We pay a premium for your product. Just the other day I received a pack of $100+ whey isolate with a broken zip lock seal, and now this failed seal on the oat powder package just adds insult to injury.PS. Keep up the good work!
