Great help for dodgey back

Loved this. I bought it for a relative whose degenerative health conditions means he now struggles to stand up from the sofa. Easy to put together, cheap, looks neat, natural and dignified when in place, is safe, and most important - it works! It has given back my relative independence in sitting downing and standing up, and an extra lease of life to the sofa - expensive and complicated to replace. It has bought us time, assisted in quality of life and dignity to a fiercely independent person. Sometimes it is the small things in life....heartily recommend and my gratitude and thanks to the makers / sellers.

This is an excellent aid bought to help elderly Mum to stand up. It does move about a bit but on the whole she is very happy with it. Easy to fit in a few seconds.

Easy to assemble and fit but do not lose the allen key as it will be needed later to retighten the screws.

Awful product. 2 pieces of flimsy metal and a few bolts for £50. This is basically taking advantage of people who have mobility problems. Some of the bolts do not fully tighten so the frame is very wobbly. When trying to tighten harder the bolts round off, making it impossible to dissemble for return. Avoid.

Won't go any narrower than 22"(inches) the bars that aid the user to push themselves up is only approx 4"(inches)

Seems rxoensive for what it is, but, well engineered and guess paying for the clever design. Really works well and much easier getting up from the chair

Muy buen producto, excelente calidad de materiales, muy fácil de ensamblar, ligero y práctico. Yo tengo problemas con mis rodillas y con este soporte se me facilita mucho levantarme del reposet que es muy bajo e inestable. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The stand assist was a huge help to my mother. It enabled her to get to her feet more easily from her sofa so she could then walk with less frustration. It was easy to assemble

Fácil de montar y muy útil

I am so glad I bought this. It has made getting up so much easier!! Easier on my knees and will help me gain strength. Update. After over 4 years, this is still the best and most helpful aid I have purchased. By being able to get up easier, it helped improve strength in arms and legs. Relieved the stress of struggling! It is fairly easy to switch over from sofa to the bed. It works with my bed, on mornings when I have stiff knees, like now (in the fall) Still really glad I bought it. Still sturdy, like new.
