The item came smashed ! I cut my finger opening it ! Didn’t even manage to get it all out of the packaging as i didn’t want to risk with all the tiny pieces Of glass falling out . It says I can return but how do I return something that is smashed ??

Was nice for the cost but unfortunately the Amazon driver through package over back fence and pot was broken into pieces

After the first one arrived damaged due to the couriers (and lack of decent packaging), this was sorted quickly and a replacement arrived today. Thank you for that. It is exactly as expected. Looks great in our office.

They looked lovely excited on getting them ordered a pair but they arrived in a bag not boxed and smashed so much I could not take it out the packaging as so many pieces
