Pre Shave Face Scrub

This is a great scrub that leaves my face shockingly soft after using it. The price point is right on (probably a little cheaper than it really should be, but I don't want Hawkins & Brimble to hear that). I feel clean and refreshed after using it, so much so that I have been using it after washing my face even if I am not getting ready to shave. It is gentle enough (for me at least) to use 2 to 3 times per day. Also, the smell is INCREDIBLE. I can't even describe it...it is what you would think a face scrub in a gentleman's barber shop in England would smell like, but BETTER!!! The Mrs. loves the smell too, which is always a bonus. I cannot recommend this more. In fact, I just ordered Hawkins & Brimble face wash, after shave lotion, and shaving cream I was so impressed with this first product. I am praying they all smell the same as this scrub. Fingers crossed!

I had initially found the H&B facial cleanser at Marshall's on the discount isle. Seemed like a good product to try, so I gave it a try. Feel in love with the clean feel, light nature of the cleanser and the fact that is naturally derived. So when I ran out, I went on Amazon to buy some more, but accidentally bought the scrub. I thought about returning it at first, but ended up using it and buying it again. The walnut bits provide an excellent scrubbing action, light but exfoliating, leaving my face feeling clean and refreshed. There's not a whole lot of suds to be ad, the product is thick and pasty, which complements greatly the scrubbing action. Overall I am incredibly pleased with the product, and plan to continue buying it for the foreseeable future.

Product is thin, but works fairly well. Would be nice if it was a little thicker.

Finally found my favorite pre-shave scrub. There’s lots of facial scrubs for women, But hard to find a good pre-shave scrub for Men. Most are not that good. This one definitely is, excellent ingredients, finally a superior pre-shave scrub!

As advertised. Use prior to shaving for a very close and comfortable shave. Makes my skin feel great; and a nice, not overpowering fresh smell. All good.

Great product. Easy to use, a little goes a long ways and it smells great.

I never had much of acne problem growing up, even through my teen years. I got my bottle through a box subscription service and I just bought another now that my last bottle ran out. I use it in the morning after I wake up and before I go to bed. This really gets the job done for me. My dad would point out the pimples I would have on my face, not to embarrass me, but to show me where I have to concentrate more on. Once I started using this scrub, about a week after starting, I don't get pimples as much as I used to. Keep in mind, I didn't get much acne to begin with. My sister and a lot of my female friends constantly go through extremely expensive skin products just to keep their faces clear, I've gone to the point of recommending this even though it's geared more towards men because of how great its worked for me. A lot of people don't realize that you have to wash your face in the morning AND at night before bed. Going to bed with a face that hasn't been clean leaves those dirt particles and bad oils on your pillow cases and bed sheets. By laying down in that over and over at night, it's basically not helping as much as it should. Overall great product, highly recommend it. Also, make sure you drink lots of water. A couple water bottles a day can do wonders on your skin.

This is one of the better aftershaves I have used. When putting it on you can fill it sealing where you have shaved. A little goes a long way so it also lasts a considerable amount of time. My only suggestion would be having other scents available as options, I would say it is comparable to a high-end cologne aftershave without the pleasurable scent. When including price this is the best product you can find.

Quelle déception, je ne vois aucun intérêt à ce gommage pour la barbe… l’odeur neutre est désagréable et ne laisse donc pas une bonne odeur à la barbe, il faut obligatoirement se laver la barbe avec un shampooing pour barbe histoire de faire partir l’odeur, les grains sont très fin donc si vous avez une barbe de plus d’un mois, ce gommage ne sert absolument à rien.

This is a great face grub. Scent is really good but sometimes it can linger for a lil bit too long. Very strong as well. Some can find this bothersome. Doesn't foam at all but i guess i should expect it as its only a scrub. leaves my face fresh and scenty. Satisfied.
