These are such a lifesaver for so many pairs of shoes for me. The ball of my foot tends to get tired and painful if I'm in heels for too long but I have put these in multiple pairs of my shoes and they have saved my feet. Take your time putting them on because you want to get them in just the right spot. If you have them lined up perfectly for your foot, it makes your shoes more comfortable and keeps your toes from sliding out of open-toed shoes.
