The cable is broken, and the hard disk is too small not fit properly in the DVR and received nuts as well which are not compatible anywhere, I had wait for 8 days after wait and eventually received such broken and incompatible item, I have requested for return and refund let’s see how that goes

awesome product good product quality with good night vision capabilities . doesnt consume much power also . just a lan cable or wifi adapter and u will see it from literally anywhere

I'm impressed with the Hik Vision 5MP CCTV camera! The video quality is crystal clear, and the installation process was straightforward. The camera's build quality is solid, and the night vision works great. Perfect for home security or surveillance needs. Highly recommend!

Terrible product, and horrible seller! They send faulty/defective products. On approaching their authorised dealership which was shared by Amazon, they refused service. Disappointed with Amazon and the seller. No benefit in buying this and wasting time. The most important component of the product - DVR, this seller is sending faulty ones to make customers make repeated payments. Even after multiple attempts via Amazon or directly to the seller - there is no response from seller. From now, I shall ensure to advise every human to not buy ANY hikvision products and consider CP Plus, better company with better service!

Best video quality and easy to install. I have installed it as I don't know how to install earlier but with the instructions they given it is very easy

Received defective component. And worst part is the vendor not even responding to the warranty request. Beware of this item and vendor.. don’t loose your money.. More over the resolution for this issue even from amazone was pathetic. I bought this product on Sep 2024, the HDD stopped working from November , called amazon, and contacted the vendor as suggested by amazon - no reply. again contacted amazone, then send mail to vendor, vendor denyed warrenty, and the issue still not resolved event in Jan 2025. everytime i call amazon they will tell 8 working days, 3 working days. when that period comes, they will the ticket is closed automatically, we will create new ticket, and wait 8 working days again. worst experience i ever faced from an online store platform!
