Everything I want at a much lower price
For techies, this is obsolete. If you need the latest model with the most memory and fastest processor so you can impress your friends and family dog; this isn't for you. For those of us who just want a mobile phone that can text, stream cat videos while you are in boring meetings, or play mindless games so you can distract yourself from what you are supposed to be doing, this is an inexpensive option. It connects to wifi so you aren't burning minutes on your plan for things other than calls and texts -if you have access to wifi and you set the phone to connect to wifi. NOTE: The autocorrect keeps changing wifi to wife. I suggest you don't set it to connect to your wife -unless you and your wife are into those kind of things. No judgment.I've been avoiding cell phones for years, so I haven't kept track. (Now I need a contract so I can confirm things with texts. It's a conspiracy, man!!!) I suspect this model was popular a few years ago. Now it is out of fashion, but still entirely functional. Combine it with a Tracphone $60.00 per year plan, and you are good to go for occasionally receiving/sending occasional texts, or having a means of contacting people when you aren't near your primary phone(s). You can also disconnect in the middle of a diatribe, and then blame it on having an older model phone. (I really miss "hanging-up", touching the disconnect icon just doesn't have the same closure. Motorola needs to add a sound effect of a phone receiver slamming down when you disconnect. Hmmm, now that I think of it, it may already exist. Hmmm, if it doesn't exist, maybe I can copyright it. Be right back, gonna check... Dang! there are 103 sound effects to download. I'll check them out later to see if there is a slamming phone receiver. Don't steal my idea.)WARNING: This is a "locked" phone. That means that you must use a Tracphone contract. If you buy this phone, don't complain that an ATT, T-Mobile, or Joe's Budget Cell Phone Plan with free fries, doesn't work. <shrug> Sorry, I couldn't rate Battery Life or Tech Support. I don't use it heavily, and I don't have it off the charger for days at a time. I haven't needed tech support.

Pretty good
I bought this phone as an extra device to bring with me on my trip to London. Apparently There are alot of pickpockets there and thieves on bikes that grab peoples phones out of their hands. phones are also swiped right of their table in restaurants. I can't have my cellphone stolen in some foreign country so I figured the safest thing to do is to buy a extra phone that is safe to have out to use for directions while walking around the city and taking pictures. So if it gets stolen it's not that big a deal. The down side of this phone is it only has 32gigs of storage. But it works for me because I only put google maps and my email app on it. It works great but there is a bit of a lag waiting for the keyboard to pop up. And it's slower then my Verizon android. But this is a dirt cheap 50 dollar prepaid phone and serves its purpose as a back up phone in a place that has a phone theft problem. I did not buy a plan for it. I'm just using it as a tablet on wifi. I'll take screen shots of directions on Google maps to use when we are walking around London. Over all a good phone. Oh and i didn't realize until after I got it there is no tap and pay. Which was super surprising. Very basic phone. Good for kids and as a back device. I would not recommend as a primary phone. But depends on your needs.

Does what really expensive phones do
For $60!!. 5G android 13.0 operating system after the automatic update. Tracfone buys huge blocks of time from Verizon, its partner, so I get crystal clear calls no matter where I go. 32Gb of memory is plenty for most needs. This phone is locked, however, so you have to buy a plan from tracfone. One of their best is the $30 all-you-can-use plan for both data, texts and voice. $34 after taxes and such.I buy the cheapest plan because I don't use the phone that much. $18 after taxes for 500 minutes, anywhere in the US (except Alasaka), 500MB data, and 500 texts and 30 days to use. Whatever you don't use rolls over, and over. Right now, my minutes, texts and data don't expire until October 2025. I have over 20GB of data and 20,000 texts stored up. I use about 500 minutes in two months, so that's $9 a month that I pay for everything. AND NO PHONE BILL which is so cool. And no ads from third party companies that the regular guys put your info out all over the place, so you're always getting spam and junk mail.Highly recommended, especially if you want to get off the grid.

Straight TRASH!
Oh brother, this guy STINKS! This is absolutely the worst phone Ive used by LIGHT YEARS! Its slow and laggy, will not connect to my pc, scrolls way too fast with the lightest touch, scrolls in the opposite direction you want to go most of the time, needs an update every 36 hours, way too big for one handed use (at least for me), doesn't recognize when you touch the screen most of the time, and is just inferior to almost any other phone in every way. This thing sucks. The value for the money is absolutely not there and I don't even use it to talk on. Just as a media device. I can't speak on call quality or sound of callers, but the speaker is kinda loud. Picture quality is eh~. In conclusion, this is basically e-waste.
