This parchment paper is a good step up in quality compared to what you find at the grocery store. It is not the super heavy weight paper that is commercially available, but it is a heavier paper than what the lesser brands use. Just right. I bake bread in an iron Dutch oven at up to 475 degrees, and this will destroy other lesser papers. This paper does brown up in that kind of heat, but it holds together and the bread doesn't stick. I like that I get a great big roll in a box that tear cuts the paper cleanly. Most of my flat baking is done on a flat baking sheet which this paper is properly sized for. I only rarely use a rimmed sheet, and when I do I just fold the edge of the paper over to fit. So other "professional" reviews that ding this product for not fitting the smaller rimmed pans ... I don't care about that. What I want is quality parchment paper, on a big roll that will last me a long time. Pre-cut sheets are a waste IMHO, charging extra for this feature. Also, I bake soft pretzels sometimes. These are made the real way, dipped in corrosive lye water. This will kill most other parchment papers and leave you with pretzels with paper bits stuck to the bottoms. Other than the unbleached parchment from King Arthur, this is the only paper I've found that holds up.

I had never used this brand before and never one that wasn’t white in color but it’s great! This one is a light tan color. More natural I guess than a bleached paper. It works for everything I’ve used it for like baking things in the oven for easier clean up and also to roll out my biscuits so I don’t have to scrape up dough off the counter top. There’s no metal strip to cut it but instead has a very sturdy edge that works as well as the metal. Less hazard for me! I just crease it over the edge & it tears nicely. There seems to be less “curl” to it than other brands I’ve used before, too. I will definitely buy this again when I run low. That might be a while, since it’s a huge roll! 😊 It also works great as a pattern paper for quilters. That was my first introduction to parchment paper, since my Mom never used it. Now I seem to use it almost daily for something.

We have recently discovered the wonder that is parchment in our home. My Husband originally brought this wonderful product into our home for baking, since then it has been our go-to product for anti-stick baking/roasting. I always hated non-stock sprays as they leave gunk on pans and who knows what propellant you’re ingesting. Then there’s foil...which really isn’t meant to be baked on. Enter parchment. It’s wonderful! Nothing sticks, everything comes out wonderfully browned and crispy. This parchment is a great value vs grocery store parchment. I also love that is not bleached. It does have a logo, that does not bother me, the logo is tasteful and classy. The reinforced “cutting” (ripping) edge doesn’t really work, but that’s okay too; use scissors. This stuff is really great, not sure why parchment kind of fell out of vogue.

This is the best parchment paper I've ever used. It is incredibly strong, water resistant, and it's the only paper I've used so far that doesn't rip half my cookie off when I try to remove it. I love baking and when I use other brands, they always end up sticking to my baked goods, and when I try to take it off it ends up tearing! Definitely not good. At least when I use this brand, I know for a fact that money won't be going to waste. I really love using this paper, and now that I can get it on Amazon, I'm also saving myself a trip to the store! Five stars all the way!

I used this for putting between my paintings while stacked in bins so the paint would not warm or stick. I have also used this for baking pie dough cinnamon rolls! The paper is great, nice thick quality. And this is a very large roll of paper for the money I think. They do not put a metal tear strip or even a toothed cardboard strip so it is difficult to tear pieces off somewhat evenly most of the time. This is on purpose and they advertise it as working just as well, but it does not, and I doubt the plain edge will last for the entire roll. I'm thinking of buying a roll of something at the dollar store and tearing off the edge to glue on to this packaging!

Great quality parchment paper! As to reviews whining about the logo on the paper... Buy something else!!! OMG! Get a life! This excellent paper comes with no metal cutting edge. No problemo! It comes in the box unrolling from the top/back. Flip the roll around so it is unrolling from the bottom/front. This gives you a great acute angle to get a smooth tear along the reinforced cardboard edge. I have bought/used this brand before. It's a great parchment, just need to rearrange it in the box for easy tearing. All paper product so, easy recycling.

Nice no- nonsense parchment paper and much bigger than I thought. This appears to be of a commercial size and quantity - will last a long time for this baker. Update: Just made some Texas Roadhouse Rolls. This paper made the difference between a darker bottom and an all over doneness. Very pretty as well with the watermark. Elevates your baking to another level. Will buy again and again.

I wouldn’t be without my favorite Paper Chef products. I love their parchment papers, and also their ingeniously packaged parchment muffin liners and “lotus cups.” They do the job inhibiting butter/oil transfer, also providing nonstick “quick release” of baked goods. (I love it that cupcakes and muffins slip so easily out of the liners.) Their parchment papers and muffin liners make it a snap to clean the pans after use. Also very important: these are environmentally responsible products - fully compostable (cardboard packaging as well).

Amazing product, we use it for everything, baking to cooking.
