I am a mature woman, no an old lady who still likes to play with makeup. I have the high quality brushes but sometimes I just need a good set of cheap synthetic ones. These fit the bill and calling them cheap as in quality would be wrong.They are a great value for all the brushes you receive. The synthetic hair aren't the high quality of those expensive paddle brushes that start with the letter "A" but they are soft enough to apply eyeshadow evenly. They aren't stiff but firm, soft yet not flimsy.The different sizes help in applying eyeshadow from blending to detailed eyeliner. They work for big eyes and even Asian eyes.If you are looking for a set that is worth the value, this is one of them!

I like the brush heads themselves, they are soft, blend makeup well & easy to clean - however I’ve had 3 that have came apart from the handles.
