Microphone was perfectly fine and it works great , but the soundboard came broken. It wouldn’t turn on or charge

It was very hard to connect to OBS I could hear the sound effects in my headset but not on my stream when I went to connect it I honestly don’t think it worth getting, I even changed a million settings in windows to see if would work but I just couldn’t get it

As a game streamer, sound is everything and this mixer makes everything more convenient. It makes adjusting sounds and volumes easier, I don't have to open my settings to do so. I use a professional mic and it works perfect with this mixer. I can see a noob using this easily. The quality is pretty good for a lower priced product. You can do some really cool stuff with sounds as well, making streams and lives more fun. You can adjust the colors to match any aesthetic. Definitely a great product without breaking the bank.

This unit looks like it could launch a radio station. In practice, it launched a learning experience. USB audio works. Bluetooth appears, negotiates briefly, and then decides it would rather not be involved. Multiple PCs, iOS, and Android devices confirmed the same behavior. If Bluetooth worked once, it was shy. The board has also produced a ground-related buzz on wall adapters since early use, requiring battery or PC USB power to remain usable. Given that behavior was present from near unboxing, this appears to be a design limitation rather than wear. It delivered a fair lifespan for the price, but it’s best understood as disposable consumer audio hardware with strong LBL output and limited engineering margin. I’ve spent more time troubleshooting this unit than QA likely spent evaluating it prior to shipment. Rating it was difficult, because while I can’t recommend it outright, I also can’t rule out buying it again — not out of optimism, but resignation. I am the “enemy you know” type of consumer, and at this point we’ve trauma-bonded. If the seller wants to offer a second replacement, it might lead to a more flowery review. It’s not even an option on the page, that I can see.
