Enjoyed the book, easy reading, puts thing into perspective without lecturing, finished the book a month ago and I’ve missed 2 days of the gym, would recommend to any Fury fan or someone stuck in a rut

Got a lot of respect for tyson fury with the way he went right off the rails and looking like him coming back was no chance tbh gaining all that weight etc,but what he did was amazing and saw many of his videos from when he started his long journey back to the topIt goes to show doesn't matter how big or small how rich or poor that mental health is a serious illness and can affect anyone,don't think exercise is for everyone tbh and people use different things to keep themselves happy and in the right mindset2020 has been a rough year for all of us with these lockdowns etc with gyms etc closing for monthsWhat I didn't agree with was the regrets on death beds etc which I found selfish tbh as we all have regrets no matter who we are but why I don't agree is that many unfortunately pass away at an early age due to illness etc or something have disabilities so what I'm saying is be grateful and don't hold onto regretsLive day by day and try not to dwell on things which I am guilty myself of so need to myself

My first Tyson Fury read. Easy, enjoyable, flows well. Cant wait to get on the beach or round the pool & finish it!

Have had a mini Fury marathon over the weekend of reading his two books, Behind The Mask and now this one, The Furious Method, which is not only hugely insightful, like the first one, but genuinely practical with great tips to get going and find some meaning and purpose in life. Huge fan of Tyson Fury. Not just as a great boxer, but as a great man. Like the first book, I highly recommend this as well.

There's nothing completely original here but it's brought together with realism and humor that will appeal to most people.

I have been mentally ill for a number of years but the worst thing was lying to myself I feel honoured to Mr Fury. Not only is Tyson honest but above all brave enough to admit defeat in respect of mental health problems .I have now told my close friends that I have major mental health problems.They probably new.but I'm relieved to say that it's out in the open because I bottled it up.ive now found help by reading and understanding that if you are ill in the head there is always a way forward..so thankyou tyson you have turned my life round .for a big man to admit mental health problems is a so good.thanks to tyson I've now sought and asked for help..fair play Tyson.respect..Jason from oldham.
