POOR MATERIAL CAUSED $3500.00 DAMAGE
A certified master plumber of a reputable company installed all our faucets so the installations were perfect. After a few months while on the main floor my daughter heard a drip. To our horror the ceiling was falling down with water everywhere! There is a "brass" (who knows what it really is) nipple connector (I still have it) that came with the faucet that joins between the solid brass connector that our puller installed and the faucet that was purchased here. Upon further investigation , the plumber and I noticed a HAIR LINE CRACK IN VALLEY OF THE THREADS ON THE NIPPLE. there are no cut marks or stress marks. It's an obvious CRACK. This cracked valley thread was INSIDE the faucet thread which developed a slow drip for months. The dripping water accumulated and caused $3500.00 damage and mold cleaning.

Weld Failed
The weld at the back of the faucet failed completely. There is now a gaping hole that spews water all over the bathroom. Poor manufacturing and no customer support. Can't contact the seller for a refund. Not recommended.
