Storytelling and healing advice in one book? Fantastic! And such an easy read, the text flowed with information AND humor... I read it in one sitting. My husband suffers from psoriasis, and I started out reading the book to help him find a natural cure... but found that I, too, can reap the benefits of this healthy approach to eating. So, within 24 hrs, I cleaned out our cupboards and stocked them instead with high-alkaline foods. My husband is on board with our new meal plans, and we are on our way to renewed skin and health. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Ms. Mateer, for doing all the research and writing this book to share the awareness!

This is an interesting book. I have suffered from psoriasis for 17 years, along with psoriatic arthritis. I am willing to try anything to get rid of this harsh health problem. I am eating foods that Leonie has suggested. It has only been a month since eating the alkaline way. I notice some improvement. Can't wait to finally get rid of psoriasis. Health problems take time to solve. We must be patient, and do what we can to improve our health. Glad Leonie is not suffering from psoriasis, and psoriatic arthritis. Not enough information for the money.

Well,I found out I'm doing things right for the most part-coffee & butter will have to go. Thankful she wrote this easy to read,quick reference guide. Will follow to the letter and hope it works for me like it did for her!

author wrote short book about psoriasis cure thru acid/alkaline balance in the body. however, there was not enough information concerning the 80/20 alkaline balance food choices that achieved her cure. also, author did not write about her 60/40 alkaline food choices to maintain psoriasis free cure. author wrote about her personal life with psoriasis, and how it impacted her sex life. that information was not pertinent to the reader. more should have been written pertaining to achieving and maintaining a psoriasis free life. the information was helpful in regard to a psoriasis cure, but not thorough in its presentation.

Ordered & delivered quickly very pleased with book

The author does a great job of summarizing the available treatments for psoriasis and their side effects. In the end, what she found to be effective is an alkaline diet. I was skeptical, but after a week of shifting my diet to be more alkaline, my psoriasis has reduced in severity, so I definitely recommend this to anyone hoping to avoid steroid treatments.

It's an excellent book to read for psoriasis. Everyone who is dealing with it please go through this Thanks 😊

Short, unscientific and based on her personal experience with too much unrelated material to the actual complaint. I did not enjoy it nor would recommend it. Sorry.

Absolutely worth less. Don't even bother thinking about purchasing this book. Talks more about her love life than the psoriasis. 3$ to learn to have a 80/20 diet plan. Doesn't give you any diet plans. Tells you recommendations but all vegetables. Its disgusting that she can get away with this. I feel cheated.
