Although it was small, it was supposed to be a necklace. I removed the chain and made a long string of crystal beads in various sizes and colors’ and attached the pendant to the end. It was a gift for a client who has 4 cats she dearly loves. And the pendant was perfect with places for the photos. It was so easy. You just send them the photos you want in it, and they shrink them down to the perfect size and it looked awesome. She actually cried when she got it. And the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful locket, great design. Wore it like crazy then took it off one day and it fell down the drain. But I loved it so much I quickly reordered it!

Bought this for my mom for her birthday and she absolutely loves it. Everyone who sees it asks her where she got it from. The quality is great, the length was perfect and she said that she forgets she is wearing it because its so comfortable. Great necklace to get for a great price!

My mother in law love this gift

Pictures look great! But both the first hinge and clasp are not of good quality. The main clasp that holds the photos closed opens often and the fist clasp the metal bent open separating the first photo from the remaining 3, I bent it back but 2 days later it came open again. Poor metal used in this locket, also the clasp has tarnished the front of the locket. So sad, 😞 got this for my daughter for Xmas so she could always have her passed grandmother and her passed pup always with her. Also contacted customer service and this can’t be returned and won’t replace!

Weak hinge. Kept coming apart. But very pretty and the photos were well set

Editing and adding two more stars to my review because I contacted the company about the broken hinge and they sent us a new one. We plan on using it gently as it could end up doing the same thing. But I’m happy with their service and with adjusted expectations, happy with the locket as well. One hinge broke within 24 hours. I can kind of reattach it and bend the piece back to holding it. But the hinge bent open again within just a few hours. It also doesn’t lock tightly shut, so it falls open easily and puts pressure on the hinges. The pictures were nicely centered, but that’s about all that it has going for it unfortunately.

They did a great job on cropping what I wanted out of the photos I sent. It's cuter than I expected too.

Customer service was excellent, but even the replacement fell apart at the hinges.

Ma fille va être ravie! Par contre la qualité ne semble pas être extra et je suis certaine qu'il va ternir très vite. La chaine est vraiment trop longue pour un enfant par contre, ca aurait été agréable d'avoir un choix à ce niveau. Fait tout de même un beau cadeau à prix raisonnable.
