Let me just say, I was not expecting a textbook — but I’m definitely not mad about it! For such a low price, I thought I’d be getting a small pocket-sized guide, but this book is huge and packed with information. It covers everything from vitamins and minerals to herbs, food supplements, and natural remedies for a wide range of conditions. It’s easy to navigate and perfect for anyone starting (or deepening) their natural wellness journey. This is one of those reference books you’ll keep going back to again and again!

I have bought every edition of this wonderful book! It helps me so often when I am at a loss at how to help myself get better! Lots of valuable information!

5 Stars for the book 3 Stars for the condition the book came in There’s a wealth of knowledge in this giant book. I can’t wait to explore it. Just a few minutes of just flipping through it I’ve already bookmarked a few pages. Unfortunately the book came in not new condition. It has creases on the front and back and just looks beat up. For how much I paid I’d like something a little fresher looking. I’m not going to return it but I am disappointed as I like to keep my things nice. They should really wrap these books up and protect them better since they are heavy.

Love this newest Sixth Edition for Prescription for Nutritional Healing. More info than the last & definitely my first go to when looking up alternatives to traditional dis-ease meds & recommendations. Love how they have a variety of info & alternatives to choose from & most often, their natural recommendations to traditional drugs far surpass what the traditional route can do.
