Works with Dog Guard collar.
This is a stack of 2 CR-1/3N batteries within the blue wrap for a total of 6v. It does not have a protrusion on top or bottom of the battery (flat ends as on the original). Total length is approx 1 5/8 inches. Price is good. I do not know about the battery life as I just received. I also could not test the voltage, but the collar did beep at the same location as with the existing battery, so seems right.

Each of the 4 batteries lasted lest than a week, not much else I can say. Edit: After further investigation my dogs device was draining batteries-no fault of the batteries, I changed my rating because the seller did all they could to work with me to correct the issue.

A good battery
It is a solid , long lasting battery. Well worth the cost if it fits your transmitter. I am using a “Pet Stop” boundary collar.

Non-existent battery life
Put the batteries in a pair of Extreme Dog collars. Those collars started blinking (indicating low battery) less than 24 hours after installation.
