Very good product. Sometimes I couldn't hear people on their speaker phones and now it's easy to hear them. Very clear very easy to use.

I use this on my work computer. The sound is very good in Teams meetings. It is compact and lightweight for keeping in my backpack.

Only gave it 4 stars as it will occasionally drop connection during my meetings. Required to hit the blue tooth button to get it to reconnect so can be quite disruptive when facilitating meetings.

I am using Jabra for quite a while now. It has a superior voice quality, eliminates any noise and very easy to plug in. I tried another product but results were not of high quality as in Jabra.

Great comfort and clear sound, but noise cancellation is limited. It blocks background noise well for the user, but doesn’t fully cancel it for the caller. Good for focus, average for noisy environments.

I have been a loyal Amazon customer for over 10 years, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I purchased the Jabra Speak 510 MS, trusting the Jabra brand we’ve used for 8+ years and relying on Amazon’s product description that it is “sufficient for meetings of up to 4 people.” Unfortunately, the product is nowhere close to that claim—it barely works for solo use, and definitely not for a group of 4. This is a clear case of misleading product information. When I contacted Amazon support, I specifically requested to replace/upgrade to the Jabra Speak 510 UC (with higher wattage and UC support) and even offered to pay the price difference. However, support executive was reluctant to understand my concern and simply refused to help. This is not about the money—it’s about customer trust. Selling a product with incorrect specifications (“4 people”) and then refusing a fair resolution is unacceptable. I expect Amazon to honor its commitment to customer satisfaction, replace the unit, and allow me to upgrade to the correct model. If this is how Amazon handles genuine issues, it risks losing loyal customers. Then be it that way only.
