WESTLAKE 27" W Commercial Refrigerator Stainless Steel Reach in Solid Single Door Upright Fan Cooling 23 Cu.ft Cooler for Restuarant, Bar, Shop, etc

This appears to be well built, and priced right. If it lasts more than several years, it will exceed my expectations... but, there is one major flaw - it has some kind of vacuum lock that prevents the door from opening immediately after its been recently opened. I'm not sure if this is a design feature to allow the unit to get back down to temp before reopening but, in a busy COMMERCIAL environment, we need to get into and out of of reach ins multiple times, as quickly as we can and this "lock" feature is beyond annoying. "Wait" time appears to be about 30 seconds - an eternity in a busy restaurant. We'd return it if it weren't such a big item. EDIT: Rep from company reached out (unsolicited) and offered suggestions to alleviate the air locking feature. It is tied in and related to the condensate drain hose. We tried shortening it at first, but that just made a slight difference. Later he sent a new condensate drain hose that had the “air locking feature” that supposedly allows the air to escape. Again, a little help but not quite 100%. I ended up getting wheels stops (little furniture floor “cups” that the wheels rest in) and that, combined with the shortened hose, made all the difference in the world. I raised my rating just for the effort on their part to try and get me satisfied with their product. I think we‘ve had this for a few months now without a glitch, as far as temps go. For those thinking about using this at home as a home fridge, I personally think the noise level would be too high for the home. It’s a commercial fridge.

Have had it for two months now and it's great Just gets me every time we open it it goes silent which with other fridges I see them turn fans on when open to compensate cooling from incoming air .. Not sure now who is right on the science and testing

Cooler works amazing and love that you can lock it up. Temperature gauge right on the from and wheel on so you can move easily. I recommend this for anyone. Price is really good as well.

This is a great refrigerator for drinks and food. We have it in our garage and there is plenty of room for everything we need. The seller has been very prompt with communication.

Just got this fridge for my newly opened restaurant. Works great, was easy to remove from pallet and fit in the doorway of standard door. The racks were easy to install and line up the brackets for the wire racks. Didn’t care for the wheels it is in. They could be a bit more robust. Besides that, have had it installed and running for 2 weeks. Works well, no complaints.

I ordered the product for use in my home. It arrived on time. The unit weighs 400 pounds and is on a pallet. It arrived in good condition. But, it took three of us to get it off of the pallet. It is close to 90 inches tall, so you need to be sure it will get through your door. It arrived in good condition and has been operational for three days. The noise level is tolerable, even in the home. I have the temperature set at 37°. It can rise as high as 42° before it turns on, and will then lower the temperature to 36°. I believe that is the expected operating range. So far I am very pleased with the unit. I will add more if anything changes.
