I purchased the Salama Care extended warranty through Amazon, expecting it to provide reliable coverage beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. Unfortunately, when I needed support, I was informed that batteries were not covered, and no replacement parts were available. This made the warranty completely useless for my situation. I regret purchasing this add-on and will be more cautious in the future. Not recommended.

Very poor after I had an issue with my headphones they did not follow terms and conditions and as stated in the extended warranty policy and refused to repairs the item and it was clearly not misusing

I cancelled the order on anbernic cos screen was broken assumed this would also be refunded but nothing happened

Salama Care has been very unprofessional in providing a Tax Invoice for this purchase. Request Amazon to provide more Insurance options in addition to Salama Care. Even after the submission of all required documents to the email address provided by Salama Care, their Insurance team did not issue me an invoice after 4 days of submission of request with supports. Will never opt for Salama Care for any of my future Amazon purchases.
