I’ve been taking this preworkout for months and I really like it. I used to take c4 but it gave me heart palpitations which kind of freaked me out. I usually take this twice a day (a scoop each time which last time I weighed it, was actually ~2/3 a serving). I really like the cleaner ingredients and 500 mg each of the 3 types of mushies. Plus the creatine since that isn’t the funnest to take on its own. The taste isn’t bad at all, you guys are just babies. It’s actually kind of good as a dry scoop, just follow with water or mix it together in your mouth. It’s a little sour/tangy. This gives me the energy I need to get my workout in and be productive throughout the day, esp since I’m on my feet a lot. A lil pricey so watch for sales.

My suggestion, chug it so you only get the taste once. For the effect, I'm ADHD and I've never experienced hyper focus like this. Unfortunately I took way later than I should have so I'm 12 trains deep at work but overall it's really good and effective. Pros: works well, lasts a while, energy is clean. Cons: taste, taste taste. Can last a few hours dependinf on your body. Be prepared for that. Tips: if you have digestive delays due to gut health problems, take earlier than suggested. Take on a full stomach, you will be able to push yourself a little harder at the gym, the dip in blood sugar is no joke. Probably eat after workout too. Lastly do not take with extra caffeine(coffee, teas, monster etc.) It's a lot of caffeine already and that much at once, you heart will be running a marathon in your chest.

I love Kinetic Energy for pre workout I tried creatine and it did not give the same results. No jitters whatsoever. The amount of powder could be a little bit more for the price though

Fantastic product!! Not only did it give me the energy i needed to crush my workout but it gave me the focus i needed throughout my day with out any jitters or caffeine crash!i would highly recommend this ambrosia if your looking for a more natural pre workout and the taste is amazing!

Still in the process of using this bottle, from what I can tell to date is that the energy you get from this product is smooth and consistent. However, I will say this is by far the worst tasting pre workout I have ever had. It is reminiscent of vomiting and that after taste associated with the regurgitation of stomach acids. I have resorted to mixing this in gatorade which is normal cold and slows down the dissolving process of the product. If you can stomach the taste, this isn't a bad buy over all.

Tried it twice the first time very upset stomach second time sour stomach & I vomitted I’m goin to just get rid of these .. Very expensive to not use again
