The Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) ELISA kit, a quantitative three-step sandwich immunoassays, provides materials for the measurement of AMH in human serum, plasma and other biological fluids. AMH detection is useful in studies of ovarian reserve, oncofertility, menopause, neonatal gender determination and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).The antibody pair was developed against specific linear epitopes on the associated dimers of AMH thus ensuring specificity and consistency of AMH detection. Calibrators are prepared using standardized recombinant human AMH ensuring accuracy and reproducibility assay-to-assay and lot-to-lot. The AMH ELISA kit is specific to human AMH (associated form) and detects the full length and enhanced biologically active associated forms of human AMH. Wide dynamic range of 0.06 – 14.2 ng/mL allows for studies in a variety of physiological states without the need to repeat testing of samples. Sensitive to 23 pg/mL. Total 2.5 hour incubation at room temperature. Long shelf life of 24 months.
