Quality, big and well worth the $
Great unit, runs as it should day in day out. Temp is very true and the size is great. It also toasts really good.wish it got a little hotter, but below the 450 it is always spot on in temp control. I like the racks and the variation of the placement is key to good reheat or cooking. High quality for the price if you need a bigger counter top oven to help keep the house cooler.

Satisfied So Far
I just moved so I had a lot of small things to purchase from Amazon and this was another item that I could purchase with the Amazon payment plan. Moving is expensive and this method spreads that pain over months vs right now. Anyway, I’m breaking protocol by doing a review before 3-4 months of usage. But, I’m pleased so here’s my assessment: 1. Love the Amazon payment plan! 2. Product is shipped via UPS but packed well 3. We all know how UPS handles packages, but this arrived undamaged 4. Nice countertop size 5. I wanted the double doors for convenience but these actually open together; I wanted individual door opening for quick access without a lot of heat loss; which is minimal as is 6. Controls are pretty standard and I do like the shut off feature (for safety) 7. It is really a deep oven area! That is nice for many things including different pizza types 8. You can put a large pan in this oven; another nice feature 9. Really easy to clean 10. I’ve tested different heat features and so far everything works great So, definitely affordable! Quality product! Very versatile! And for seniors like me that don’t use their range oven this is perfect!

Perfect buy for thanksgiving!
I recently purchased a countertop oven, and it has completely transformed my cooking experience! This compact yet powerful appliance is perfect for my kitchen, saving both space and time. First off, the versatility of this oven is remarkable. I’ve used it for baking, broiling, and even roasting. It heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, producing perfectly cooked meals every time. Whether I'm making crispy roasted vegetables or baking cookies, the results have been consistently impressive. The design is sleek and modern, fitting seamlessly with my kitchen decor. The digital controls are user-friendly, making it easy to choose the right settings and cooking times. I especially love the added features like the timer and automatic shut-off, which give me peace of mind while cooking. Cleaning is a breeze as well! The removable crumb tray and non-stick interior make it easy to maintain. Overall, I highly recommend investing in a countertop oven. It's a fantastic alternative to traditional ovens, perfect for quick meals or when you don’t want to heat up your entire kitchen. It’s become an essential part of my daily cooking routine, and I can’t imagine being without it!

Simple to operate but baking Muffins had Issues
Worked fine for heating up a pizza but did not work for baking muffins. Bottoms of muffins totally burned which I have never had happen before. Tried baking them at lower temperature & then on higher rack - no difference - all 3 times bottoms burned & I used muffin liners like always. Tops of muffins were not totally cooked even with burnt bottoms. Unfortunately Returning - assuming it has uneven heating or something not worth figuring out or dealing with. Also timer was not always ticking so can't say it was working consistently. Pros: I like the simple knobs & the timer. Never liked the touch panels as they often wear out quickly & hard to keep clean. Directions said to run it empty on high heat for 15 minutes to burn off any factory residue & a bit of odor occurred but it was minimal & on first try cooking food there was no more odor. Nice Size for the counter top.

Comparison with Older Appliance Unfavorable
I am comparing with a toaster-oven-broiler I have owned for a few years, "Elite Cuisine Model ERO-2008N. Like the present "Elite Gourmet ETO2530M, it was not a top of the line when I bought it. It still works, but from time to time, I must straighten the top-rear heating element, which bends upward toward the top of the appliance from the heat. Because of this problem, I thought it a good idea to have a new one in my closet and bought the "Elite Gourmet ETO2530M" under review. The price was about 25% higher for a double-door oven. It came with only one wire rack, a black pan, a crumb tray and a handle. It is a lighter weight unit, though it has a larger capacity oven than the older. Not a marker of quality, generally. Steel is heavier than plastic. The wire rack's thinner wires are the same diameter as those of my older, but the rack's perimeter is of clearly narrower steel. The older came with 3 wire racks. The area of the new oven is larger; so I cannot use the older ones. It is not a big difference and could have been made the same with no disadvantage to the consumer. A big disadvantage in my opinion is the spacing of the heating elements is only about 6 inches apart, side by side. The old were about 8 inches apart. That allowed greater distance between the baking loaf pan and the elements and very likely more even heat distribution. Lastly, I found that turning the control switch to OFF does not turn off the ON/OFF light. I could be that OFF turns off or reduces power to the heating elements but does not open the heating circuit. I consider that a functional fault. The price is much higher, and the accessories fewer and of lower quality. It has a functional fault.

Has some issues and expensive to run. It burns a lot of electricity
When you pull the tray out it doesn't have a lip to prevent it from falling out so it falls out with the pan. Beware., it also burns a lot of electricity. I will only use it on holidays . My electric bill doubled from using it. It cooks well but expensive to run. I have a gas stove.
