Beautiful design and excellent quality stainless steel toaster. Does not show fingerprints, is easy to clean. It is super-easy to slide out and empty the crumb tray. Slots are wide enough for big bagels. Adjustable and consistent darkness controls, and easy to operate. I have found that Mueller is a top quality brand. I started my “Mueller Collection” with a vegetable peeler, and now own Dutch Ovens, a drip coffee maker, an immersion blender, and now a toaster. Subsequently, I have bought SIX more Mueller Dutch ovens as gifts and the recipients have been delighted with them. All are gold-standard quality in their design and operation, and priced very reasonably. I bought the toaster BECAUSE of my satisfaction with the other Mueller products I own, and it lived up to my high expectations. Extremely happy with this purchase and highly recommend this toaster in particular and the Mueller brand in general.

Love our 2 slice Toaster and it's easy to use plus it does toast on both sides, occasionally one side a little darker than the other, but then again, it depends on the breads or baguette! Takes less room and still looks nice on the counter! I'm happy!!

So nice to find a nice toaster with some long slots that accommodates various bread products. I no longer have to cut elongated sourdough boule slices in half as I did on our standard size toaster. The browning timer is spot on as printed in the instruction manual. Having the ability to remove a bagel or whatever slice of bread from the freezer and put it in the toaster and have it defrost and toast all at the same time is so nice. So far I'm very happy with my new Mueller. The digital controls have performed exactly as described in the easy to understand manual that comes with the toaster. Love the the long narrow design of the Mueller because counter real estate is limited in our kitchen and it fits close to the backsplash.

Love how the toaster works. However, thr button marking have worn off. Had the toaster for just under 2 years and started disappearing about 8 months after purchasing.

Toasts evenly and after it pops up I don't need to reach inside toaster slots to withdraw the toast. It easily fits those long slices of bread from round loaves. Fits large bagels because slots are wide enough. The toaster is long which is nice and fits close to wall but can place items in front of it. I actually have more room on my counter. Looks nice.

Definitely works for its intended purpose. Gone are the days that I had to tear off the edge of my bread to get it to fit. But...apparently gone are the days of the Bagel setting too. I don't know why I didn't pay attention that this didn't offer a Bagel setting...seriously just figured that was a standard feature on all toasters, but I was wrong. Because I like my sandwiches only toasted on the inside and not the outside (to prevent the roof of my mouth from getting scraped on toast), I'm dinging it a star for not having it regardless if I should've noticed it wasn't in the features description. For those that sometimes peruse over descriptions looking for specific features forgetting to check for standard ones, I'm making sure to note that it doesn't have a Bagel setting here. Someone mentioned to me they would never buy another digitally set toaster and I didn't understand at first what they were complaining about. Now I do. Although I can live with there not being a setting in-between two of the set values to give me that perfect toast (something you can do with the knob one), what really gets me is that my wife likes setting 4 and I like setting 3. And this is how it plays out in the morning. She gets up first, goes to the toaster, puts her toast in and notices it is on 3...so she pushes the + button and it goes to 4. She's good, toast is great for her. I wake up and put my toast in and upon noticing it is on 4 I have to push the + button 5 times to get it to 3 because there is no - button. Every morning...push, push, push, push, push just to finally get to the setting I want. At least it's my problem and not hers because if it was the other way around, this toaster would've been in the trash a while ago. It was frustrating tearing off the edge of the bread to get it to fit into my old toaster. But that one was easier to set the perfect toast level I wanted regardless of what it had been set at before. I'm still not sure which of the two is worse. If this had a Bagel setting and a toast level knob OR a - button it would be a 5-star toaster. But with the missing Bagel setting and the poor toast level adjustment feature the best I can give it is 3 stars (and if out of my frustration with having to push the setting 5x every morning I end up smashing it, I'll be sure to come back here and change my rating to only 2 stars).

This is a nice looking toaster, forgot what nice and not burnt toast was like lol. Easy to use and nice compact design. No strange smells

Je me suis trompée de modèle. Je l'ai retourné le lendemain et j'ai commandé celui à 4 tranches car je mange du pain belge frais et j'ai donc besoin de 2 grandes fentes. Il est solide avec une belle finition, grille très bien les rôties et mes tranches de pain rentrent complètement une par fente.

What a fantastic toaster. Best one ever. One big long slot and extra wide. It fits two slices in a row, or a cut bagel. Also fit's longer buns, like maybe you cut a baguette to fit. It is timed toasting, so no boring the second person's toast in the AM ...Fantastic !
