Goes on soft, stays on all day even if your eyes water like mine won't smear or come off

Formula is irritating for sensitive eyes.
These are decent winged liner pens, but my eyes became immediately irritated, burning, watering, etc right after applying it. Won't buy again.

It's green?? like henna green. Wack. It stained my hand and will probably stain my eyelids too.

Well,I thought both eyeliners weredry-ish. They pull & tug when I apply them.. Not to happy with this purchase.
