Conceited Women’s Shorts with Pockets - Ultra Soft Stretch - High Rise - Casual - Pleated

Edit: 9/3/25: I ordered another pair - this time in the S/M - and they fit perfectly. They don’t ride up like the larger “too big, but wearable” size does, either. The L/XL fit, but too loose to hold my phone in the pocket without pulling them down on that side, past my hip, and sliding down, down, down…while the inseam went up, up, up.. The material is super soft - and has a lot of stretch. So if you’re kinda torn between which size option?, or you fall between those size offerings? - go with the smaller option, you should do fine…. My original pair have gone through several wash then wear cycles. There’s no shrinkage. No pilling of the fabric (so far) - which can be a “thing” with really soft fabrics. As I said in my original review… I’m really liking these, and will likely buy others in a few more colors - now that I’ve got the sizing “down”. Edit 8/17/25: As I suspected, the weight of my phone (not a “plus” model) started to pull them down on one side, just while walking around the house. I’ll order another pair in the S/M - and see how that goes. Original review: At first blush, I’m really loving these. I’ve only tried them on - haven’t washed or worn them yet. I usually withhold the 5th star in my reviews until I see how well something holds up. The size suggestion said I should order “large”, but these are “dual sized”, so I ordered the lg/x-lg. They fit and don’t LOOK too big, but I’m afraid that the weight of my phone in the pocket might start pulling them down. If they were offered in a Med, they’d have been a better fit. I’m afraid to order the small / med for fear they’d be too small, though the fabric has plenty of stretch. I’d really like to order a couple / few more pair, but I’ll wait til these come out of the wash first - that may help me to decide if I should order the same size or go smaller. The fabric seems to hit that “sweet spot” - not too thin, not too thick - and it’s super soft. I’m really hoping it doesn’t start to “pill” after a few washes. The stitching seams secure. They’re certainly comfortable. The wide waistband makes them comfy for just about any activity, or no activity at all. The price? - eh… if it were better? - I’d likely buy a half dozen more, but at nearly $20?, I’ll probably settle for 2 or 3 more pair.

So i don't buy clothes on amazon... it seems risky, often times in the past a waste of money... and honestly i don't like online shopping for clothes. For me it usually ends up bad. What i will say is that these things are WORTH IT. Trust the reviews on these things. I bought them because they were too cute not too... i needed some comfy shorts that i could wear on my Israel trip this summer. I was looking around and these popped up and i thought... mmm they will come in and be awkward or weird , wont fit right... i'm a weird size... probably bad quality. All of those things are false about this product. For one, they are honestly the most comfortable shorts i have ever tried on. Super soft, super stretchy and for me they don't cling to anything i wouldn't want them too. Second of all, they fit like a dream. They are so stretchy and soft that even though i'm short, my natural waste is shorter but wider, bigger butt... they still fit perfect. It's so odd, i have never been able to buy a fabric type short that i feel okay and not uncomfortable in. Lastly the quality is amazing. Sure, they are fabric and with fabric you might need to be more careful in the wash as a general rule, but the fabric honestly seems durable and the stitching on my two pair were perfect. For reference i am 5'0 around 110-115 depending on the day lol! and i have short legs and short torso. I tend to carry my weight on my thighs and hips, so just know if you do have a bigger thigh and butt area these should still work for you. It's my biggest problem with finding shorts or pants of any kind really. I'm too short for the size waste and thighs i have, shorts are either awkwardly short or awkwardly long and these are neither of those things. The waste band is not TOO tall or thick, which is something i struggle with too having such a short torso. They are not TOO short either, which is great. i'm a more modest person by nature, so being in my mid-20's i really hate shorts because they are made for those confident amazing women who like to show a bit more, but it's just not my style. So these are perfect, mid-thigh on my short legs lol i like it. just take the risk on these if you are courious about them. Look at the photos of the women, they helped me a lot. There are a bunch of awesome ladies who posted pictures with all different sizes and i think all of them look great in these shorts which is why i took the chance on them. They are pretty true to size i would say. if you are in between i would go larger for sure, but for those who are generally one size in most stores i would go with your true size. For instance i could have probably went with the large pair or the smaller pair, but i chose the s/m size because i found a women's photo who looked pretty similar to me and they fit just like they did on her. Amazing shorts, i want them in ALL of the colors! lol

very comfy. these shorts have flexible, stretchy material that is surprisingly soft. nice quality. the waistband is a comfortable, simple, flat, no frills waistband that doesn't squeeze me like a sausage. personally, i would order more.

Looking at the pics these don’t look great from the front. But I’ve been buying these off a different website for a while now til I found them on Amazon within so many other patterns. For maybe my body type they just always look good. I’ve always loved them. Even at my skinniest at 90 lbs I work a s/m to my size now. 5ft 140 lbs I now wear a large. My bf always compliments me when I wear them. Like booty shorts without losing the modesty! The solid print ones I’m not a fan of just because I don’t have a round butt. It is more flat but the patterned ones do a great job of mix matching my other tops and still making my back look good! Plus POCKETS. Love the pockets and not have to wear jeans. These are so comfortable it’s like your not wearing anything. I don’t have to think about them while running around with my kid or on vacation. The stretch is perfect. I can wear them without worrying if they’ll feel too tight later or too loose by the end of the day. It’s so consistent fit wise. Also the colors last after all these washings. Can’t tell my old ones from my new ones. They don’t pill or fray at all.

These are comfortable. Have not had mine for long, so we shall see what time does. Enjoying them currently! Order one size up from what you usually get.

Was a little worried how they were going to fit since the style is a little more unique and there are only two sizes. I am 5’4” and about 102 pounds and they fit fine. Maybe slightly big but you can’t really tell because the style works that way. Could definitely fit them still if I gained more weight. SOOO soft and comfy. I bought them for dance shorts but I think they are good enough to even wear out for an outfit.

I think I own all the colors lol but those shorts are so comfy that all in wearing in summer
