That the positioning of the rack is that the rubber side is down. It is easy to figure out but it does not really show it on the 2d diagram that is included in the instructions or make reference to it. I found out that having that side down the hooks lock in better.

This is such a versatile and sturdy storage rack. We love it

This seems to be generally a well-made product. It is certainly sturdy enough to carry the load of heavy garden tools, etc. However, on installation, I had one of the hooks to break loose from the mounting plate. The weld between the hook and the plate was not adequately performed, and obviously had passed in quality control that may have been in place. I was hoping to be able to get the provider to send me a replacement component. However, this was not an option they would consider. As I had already mounted the entire system on my garage wall, I did not want to take it all down to return to them.

These are actually three separate rails that can be put up next to each other in a line or individually in different places. Two heavy-duty double hooks would be inserted onto one rail. We used a rubber mallet to gently tap the hooks into place. Very well-made.

Perfect for multiple items

I bought my uncle this multi functional garage organizer wall mount because everytime I walk in his house through this garage his garden tools and ladders are laying all over the place. So one day I snuck in and mounted it on the wall myself as a surprise. When he seen it he was amazed by how It has 6 removable steel hooks that can hold up to 300 pounds. It’s 5 times stronger than a regular shelf and it’s very easy to install on the the wall. He has so much more space now he can’t imagine life without it.

I have purchased a number of tool racks over the years. Each have had their own problems such as levers that would not accommodate all sizes tools, not built sturdy enough to hold heavier items such as shovels or trimmers. I finally got what I needed, this rack is built solid, screw this rack into studs and you can hang off it. It easily holds two or three tools on each hanger. It looks good and I would not hesitate to buy again. James Green
