Amazing scale with backing from awesome company
I got this product from Greater Goods for an honest feedback. What I love about this scale?- Accurate readings. I compared this with two other professional scales at gym and they weigh the same across 10 different samples.- Cool design. The scale is very sleek to look at, it has a high quality finish to it. Provides me with Weight, BMI, Body Fat %, Bone Mass and Water weight, which is more than what I am looking for.- The App is awesome. Its continuously supported with neat integrations into Fitbit (that I care about). It also urges you to weigh yourself everyday with neat streak reading, which is a great motivator for me.- Reliability of the bluetooth connection. I weigh myself everyday and thats the first thing I do every morning. After weighing yourself, you need to open the App on the mobile to transfer the reading to mobile and the scale uses bluetooth to transfer the reading. The previous scale used to have reliability issues with this transfer but this scale, so far, has been pretty reliable.- Amazing customer support. The GreaterGoods team truly stand behind their product. I had to contact them once for the previous scale I bought and they were always prompt in their response and eager to get my problem resolved!!- Price, price, price! At this price, its hard to find a scale thats cool, reliable and backed by an awesome company.Go for it, you wont regret!

Good buy
This scale is accurate with my doctor’s office scale. The batteries last a good while if not overused. I weigh myself once daily. The color is pretty, dark grey and it blends in well in my bathroom. It’s lightweight but very sturdy. The display is bright and easy to read. The size is suffice.

Easy connection and setup with integration capability (Fitbit, MFP, others)
I've been using a Greater Goods' bluetooth scale for the past 1-2 years or so and weigh myself a few times per week but still haven't experienced any battery or significant performance issues. Had an opportunity to upgrade and can happily confirm that this new bluetooth scale model has met or exceeded the high quality and ease-of-use that I grew accustomed to from using the earlier model. I have no idea what may be different on the inside, but the new design and display interface changes were nice surprises. The new logging/connection sequence on the scale display is especially a great addition and it's now much easier to understand how long one should stay on the scale for a successful recording to the app via bluetooth. I already had an account and the Weight Gurus app installed so after the quick scale setup, I was ready to go. Easy and quick connections with my phone. Just a heads up - the Weight Gurus app (not the scale itself) is very basic - some may like that but others may feel it is bit lacking in features and/or updates. For me, I don't really mind as long as the app works as intended and continues to support integrations with my Fitbit and My Fitness Pal accounts. I think there are some other available integrations (Apple? Under Armour?) too but I haven't connected those. I think this upgraded model is a really great value (for price point at time of my review) but there's the added bonus of getting to feel a little warm-and-fuzzy knowing that some of the proceeds from your purchase will be going to help one of Greater Goods' charity partners. Checked some of those out briefly and they look like cool positive causes. Even if it's ultimately 1% or 100% that reaches those organizations, something is always better than nothing when it's for a good reason. How many other Amazon retailers are willing to commit to even doing anything that takes money out of their own pockets? So in my opinion, the actual product itself is already a nifty product should you happen to be in the market for a bluetooth scale, but the integration support (Fitbit, MFP, Apple Health, etc.) and positive social justice vibes make me feel like I really got a good deal every time I step on the scale.

Excellent scale, but body fat determination? Questionable.
We have two of these scales - one upstairs and one downstairs. It has one quirk - make sure you step on it for a second and zero out the weight before you actually weigh yourself. Because I keep the scale under the counter and have to move it to use it, I have to go through this routine every time. If you keep it in the same place, you probably won't have to do it.I bought a replacement scale for upstairs because I assumed mine was not working correctly. My muscle mass stayed exactly the same for 4 months - to the decimal. That didn't seem possible. I reached out to customer help and got one response but it didn't address the problem. I did not hear back after that. But I'd had the scale for a few years and it wasn't expensive so I bought another. Turns out, it gave the exact same reading so there was nothing wrong with my first scale (as a side note, the new scale has developed some kind of power problem so I'm back to using the original one I had). Why four stars? It syncs so well with my phone and keeps all my data. However, after years of using this scale, I don't think the metal strips on the side actually do anything. I think my body fat percentage and muscle mass percentage are based on a calculated number that only takes into account my weight, my gender, and my activity level (a question the app asks). So I'm disappointed that it's not really collecting data to calculate these stats (that's my opinion). As a scale though with bluetooth capability and a data collecting app, it's excellent.

Works perfect for cost.
Easy to use. Easy to clean. Looks sleek and holds up. Did not realize it came with a gray one and additional blue. Would recommend.
