Out of all the flavor variations of this oil I have tried....this is the most subtle flavored.... which is actually perfect. I dont want a heavy lime flavor and this gives that perfect amount of lime flavor....at least for me. If it were any heavier... it would overpower any other flavors in your dishes. This is a good, quality oil! Definitely worth recommending and will purchase again

A little pricy, but the flavor was very good.

I was expecting a more lime flavor in this oil, so in my opinion it was a little flat but worked out okay to eat with cheese and crackers and worked great with marination of chicken and steak.
