Wonderful product as are all the Traditional Medicinals Teas. This one brought me relief that surprised me. Gas relief. Use with caution if you will be around others after enjoying this one.

Doesn’t have to taste good to work.
Helped with my gas; tastes like ass. 😦💨It’s like drinking grass broth. Hard to call it a health drink when the only way to gulp it down was to add three tablespoons of honey.😬👌 I drink it so my baby doesn’t get gassy either, because the benefits of the tea transfer through to the breast milk?? Love is sacrifice. 🫡 Going to try letting it stew into a cup of hot coffee to mask the flavor into something I’m already going to hella sweeten up.

Digestion, Bloating & Relaxation--Herbal so NO Caffeine
It states on the box relieves gas and bloating--YES, please! Since having my gallbladder removed, which was some time ago, I still suffer from digestive issues--bloating, distension, gas, stomach discomfort. I am a tea drinker and read supposedly fennel might aid with some of the issues I mentioned. Since I could not find fennel tea in any of our local stores I purchased some online. The tea arrived quickly and the 16 individually wrapped teabags were intact. The tea is similar in taste to anise or possibly licorice. I drink it plain but I suppose a little milk might not affect its effects-or you could add a little honey. Since it is herbal and contains no caffeine I can drink it anytime of day or night. I usually drink it with or after a meal to hopefully help facilitate digestion. Maybe it helps some to relax the stomach because I don't feel a lot of discomfort post meals (maybe, that is because fennel may aid as an anti-spasmodic I have read). The stomach distension is another matter but then hey, without the gallbladder that's something that happened as a result. Those who still have their gallbladders may get different results. I may continue drinking the tea too since it can have some anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. If you are looking for a relaxing drink minus caffeine and like licorice then it might be worth a try. I may end up getting something that has more teabags next time though. I got this box which just had 16 teabags because I did not know if it would be "my cup of tea" and I did not want a lot of teabags going to waste if not. It was an okay introduction.
