Hence my conclusion is problem is either new advanced formula isnt working or it hasnt been store correctly and lost its prooerties. Review: This is an expensive product, and although I haven't tried any other similar product that is cheaper - this one works. I use it every night and it really makes a difference to the length and thickness of my lashes. I saw results within the first couple of weeks and since then (over a year later) I've had many complements from eyelash technicians (unfortunately the serum doesn't dye my lashes!) about how healthy my lashes look.
