Could not ask for a better refurbished device, although after ordering, I found a lot of negative claims about doing the update to 6. It is pretty demanding, I did not do the update till after adding account and apps, you can do update before by going to setting's, then about, which i didn't do, but mine is working fine so far by doing update after login and app selection. But still had to do restart, make sure ur battery is fully charged 1 amp charger, still battery got hot and had to wait for cool down, You only get charging cable, it is not recommended to use more than 2 amp. charger, ur battery will probably 0% 1 amp is best for this 1st charge. December of 25 is end of updates for this watch, if you care, I don't. Some claim battery would not fully charge, I was lucky. If your phone is Samsung it may go smoother, mine is Pixel 6a I opted for Google play install, but you can go to Samsung for apps, must install manager app which should be automatic when you connect. I would definitely purchase again, Galaxy watch has very good features! Google pixel watch install is much easier.

This has held up against bumps and scrapes and smashes without looking different the entire time I've owned it, battery life is still fantastic, functionality is good, it was helpful for getting around London. Tap to pay works great, the only thing it will not track well is your blood oxygen level. I'm a healthy man in my early 30s and the blood oxygen level is very consistently off. My wife is an accomplished nurse at Mayo Clinic, if my blood oxygen levels were what the watch claims, I'd be blue in the face and she'd be taking me to the emergency department daily and I'd have to be on oxygen tanks all day. All other aspects of the watch have been great. Connection to either wifi or bluetooth is consistent and strong, it reacts quickly, it's comfortable to wear daily. My only complaint is that it does absolutely have to be charged daily, which I'll admit doesn't take long, but it does need to happen if you make full use of the watch. Which is one down-side if you want/need accurate sleep tracking. But that said, the keyboard works great, there are tons of official Samsung watch faces and far more with 3rd party apps that get new faces regularly and look great, all functionality of the watch is very easy to access. You cannot really use this as a mini cellphone if you have literally any expectations of battery life or making long calls, but you can live out your Johnny Quest dreams of having a wrist communicator (so long as your phone is somewhere relatively closeby)

To be able to purchase a rebuilt Samsung Watch for the price of other no name brands was great. I have the trust in the Samsung name as I have been purchasing their phones for years. The watch came as if it looked like new and a charger was included. I did order a more decorative band just because I don't care much for the rubber one it comes with. I also downloaded a new watch face that matched the new band. With both of these the watch stands out and looks very fashionable. There are a lot of choices for bands and faces online. I had given up wearing a watch once I started carrying my cellphone. However, having a smart watch that can answer calls tell me if I have new emails or texts and can send them as well. This was a game changer for me. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Looks and works like new. I have the 5 Pro and bought this one to just to put on at night for sleep tracking while the 5 Pro is charging. As it is with any 4 Classic of this size, even brand new out of the box, battery life is pretty abysmal, but that's doesn't have anything to do with this one being "renewed". Wearing it only while sleeping, I get 3 or 4 nights out of a full charge. With that in mind, if I were buying one to wear all day, I'd definitely get the larger Watch 4 Classic since it has a bigger battery and better battery life -- and my 60 year old eyes wouldn't have to squint as much to see the watchface. However, this works great for me for sleep tracking in the same Galaxy Wearable (Wear OS) app that the 5 Pro runs on.

Not a good first impression. Out of the box, the watch battery was dead. I had to charge it before I could even turn it on. No instructions, so I had to guess how to operate it. It came with the watch and charger, in a box. Nothing else. After charging it, the battery ran low in a few hours. Not a good sign. I'd heard from someone that they let their phone go down to zero charge. After charging it, theirs worked fine. I tried that. But after reaching 100% charge, the watch wouldn't boot up. I kept receiving a message that it couldn't load the Android system. I tried several times, even a factory restart, to no avail. I requested a replacement and have to wait three weeks for it to arrive. I should have just washed my hands of the thing, and demanded a refund. That's what I get for trying to go on the budget plan. I purchased renewed laptops in the past and had great luck. Not so much with watches. Update: Replacement watch arrived less than a week after I requested it. Seems to be functioning well aside from the limited battery life. The first charge lasted less than 18 hours. Hopefully, it last longer, now that the setup and updates are complete.

I just got my watch. The condition is great for being refurbished! However, it didn't come with instructions and the watch was fully dead. It didn't take a long time to charge. My phone pick up the watch right away but the set up to very long. I had to do a hard reset twice. Once I finally set it up which was around 1130pm. The next morning at 8am, the watch was at 6%. I dont sleep with the watch on which worries me about the battery life. I recharged again. Which doesn't take much time. I wore it 2 hours, I left the watch simple, no notifications or constant reminders and i sit at my desk for my job and the battery went down 20%. Im going to wait a bit more time with all the settings active to see if this watch is worth keeping. I will do a follow up.

En términos generales el dispositivo viene bastante bien, no hay detalles con el rendimiento o funcionamiento. Cada aspecto viene cuidado y llega en tiempo forma, viene en caja genérica y creo así el cargador. Aspectos técnicos del reloj tiene buen diseño y desempeño, una limitante es su bateria que si bien se puede reducir su uso. Realizo bastante actividad física y casi llega al día por el uso qué le doy. Fuera de ello me ha gustado y fue buen precio adquirido.

Muy buen producto. Super útil y en buenas condiciones, pareciera casi nuevo, los detalles son muy mínimos. Excelente calidad. Compre 2 y los 2 están en perfecto estado. Hasta ahora la batería funciona bien.

Satisfecho, precio relación, si bien no es un producto nuevo, para sus funciones está súper bien, la batería es adaptable al principio da la impresión de que dura ni un día, pero a medida que lo vas usando se va adaptando. Cabe resaltar que la correa noves la original, es genérica, pero se siente bien al tacto al igual q el cargador es genérico y funciona bien...

Llegó perfecto, en perfectas condiciones (10/10) nada falla, hay que ver en el paso del tiempo
