Clean Pure Taste, Top Organic Quality
The price is a bit steep for the number of servings. I take half a scoop a couple times a week, so about $55-60 for 40 servings. With other organic options available now though, I hope competition drives the price down a bit in the future. I consider this broth to be of a medicinal/whole food quality compared to isolated collagen powder that's heavily processed/atomized in comparison and lacks the natural gelatin/vitamins/minerals. The micronutrients and different types of peptides in bone broth can help repair damaged tissue in ways that plain collagen powder cannot. Depending on your use/reason for supplementing, other forms may be more ideal on a grams per dollar basis. It tastes like pure umami/beef stock, though I usually add soy sauce and sesame oil for a light asian styled broth. Best mixed with boiling water, not just hot. If you use near-boiling water, it dissolves uniformly within a minute. No other protein/collagen/gelatin has been as effective on repairing gut/organ damage than bone broth in my experience.

Very mild flavor, 21g protein, easy to mix!
Personal trainer recommended I start on bone broth to up my daily protein. This is a very easy way to do it! I read the other reviews and followed some of the suggestions- heat the water, mix in the scoop some but not aggressively and let it sit. Then come back a minute or 2 later and mix the rest of the way. I had minimal clumping and frothing that way! I added a pinch of Celtic sea salt and cayenne to give it a bit of flavor. Love that there are about 40 servings per container! Some of the others only had 3!!! 😬

What's the big deal? Here's the low-down
Ok, I'll address other's comments: Limited, natural, high quality ingredients. YES! That's exactly what we need to heal major gut issues. I need ONLY the bone broth, nothing else. It's difficult to mix, but NOT as big ofna deal as people are making itnout to be. You must heat the water to at least near boiling. Wisk by hand until mostly blended. Let it sit for just a minute or 2. Wisk a bit and it's ready! No big deal. I had the same difficulty as other people mentioned until I started doing it this way. *Once mixed, you can use it however you want. Taste: well, with limited ingredients, you get the natual, unaltered flavor. It's the price we pay for not having all the yummy, but intolerable items. I can't have yummy things like tomatoe, garlic, carrots, etc .. So again, this is perfect for healing. This isn't an item meant for soup or other recipes. It's for sipping to heal your gut. I think is wonderful this purpose.

Strong smell
This protein powder mixes exceptionally well into hot beverages when using a milk frother, with no clumping or texture issues. The taste is surprisingly mild and doesn’t overpower your tea, coffee, or hot chocolate. However, fair warning: the smell is distinctly bone broth. Think crackling or stock. Its definitely noticeable and might catch you off guard if you’re not expecting it. If strong savory aromas in your morning coffee sound unappealing, this will take some adjustment. That said, if you’re willing to get past the scent, it’s genuinely one of the easiest ways to add quality protein to your diet without significantly altering the flavor of your drinks. The convenience factor is hard to beat.

Digestible protein
This protein powder has mild flavor and I use a blender to mix it, but I use it in my smoothies, my morning, coffee, and my coffee taste like coffee. No stomach issues and I started losing weight by adding more protein best product I found. Has high protein content, which is amazing for one scoop great value for your money

This foams and is beefy 🤢
I want to like this product. Taste is mild but it has a beefy taste and smell. I have tried to drink it by its self and mix it with other things, but I just cant do it. Kind of has a creamy flavor. Has little to no texture and is not thick. First off it foams! Like super foam. It is very hard to mix or blend. It almost refuses to blend. Little beads of the protein are in the foam and are difficult to dissolve. The picture below is of my shaker cup after 35 minutes of sitting. You can see the beads of protein powder. If you shake it to mix the beads of protein powder you get more foam you have to wait longer because you can barely drink the the shake. Even if you mix it slowly it clumps. The last picture is me reshaking it to mix the protein beads. It does state that it foams on the package, but I did not expect it to foam this bad. I have tried mixing it with other things to hide the taste and smell but it doesn't work. I can’t bring myself to eat/drink this. Maybe if I got a flavored version it would be better, not sure. But I am definitely not spending another $30 to find out! I am going to chalk this up as a learning lesson loss. 🙅🏻♀️

Being slightly Lactose intolerable; I've had no issues with this product.
The one problem I have with this product was minute, and didn't deserve a star knock down. Sum of my findings: Taste: Good, not chalky. Ingredients: Protein to Calorie ratio is awesome. Only has 5 ingredients; amazing for a protein powder! Blending: It doesn't dissolve right away with a blender bottle, but if you read their description it recommends a BLENDER, which I do not use. Digestive Level: Lactose turns me into a gassy beast, I've had no issues with this product. Full Review: Taste: The vanilla is more present than the chocolate in my mixture, neither is potent enough to ruin my shake. Once blended it is smooth, not chalky. Don't let the title fool you! It doesn't taste anything like the broth you put in soups. Ingredients: The protein to Calorie ratio is the best I've seen so far in my hunts. There's only 2.7 grams that isn't protein! Most powders I've seen range from 8 to 15 gram difference (you should really avoid the ones that have more than a 10 gram difference, they're complete garbage at that point). If you're not getting a protein powder for the protein... what's the point? There's only five ingredients in this mix and you can pronounce each one. The more ingredients in a powder, the poorer the quality of product. Chances are if you can't pronounce the ingredients, you probably shouldn't be ingesting them. Most end up being man-made preservative garbage. Blending: I only use blender bottles, so I am sure it mixes far better in the recommended blender idea, but I found when I make my drink, give it a good shake, throw it into the fridge for 10-20mins, give it a good shake, it works just fine. By that time, the powder will have smoothly blended in with the rest of my shake. Taste: In my case, I like mixing this with almond milk, and coffee. The powder gives it the perfect amount of sweetness. The vanilla flavor is more present and the chocolate one is more mellow, but I haven't found this product to be over powering. It also mixes well with my other protein powder. Digestive Level: This product doesn't upset my stomach or disrupt my natural body functions. I am slightly lactose intolerant and wasn't sure how this protein powder would play out. Ingesting anything with lactose tends to make me gassy (as if a fart has ever stopped me from enjoying dairy), but this powder didn't react negatively in any way. I've been using this product along side Hydro Whey for the past two months. I love my Hydro Whey, but this is a better product. If you're looking for a good quality protein powder with a great protein to calorie ratio and something that won't upset your digestive system, I definitely recommend this product.

Good powder, WAAAYYY too sweet with fake sweetener.
I like the specs and ingredients, but it's cloyingly sweet with some fake sweetener "sugar free!!!" which to me makes it pretty gross. I wish that were not the case, everything else with it is on point. Difficult to mix, do not try to mix in full liquid unless you are blending, it will never mix. You definitely have to do the thing where you add a little water and make a paste, then slowly dilute. You will never mix this in your shaker.
